What's not so great: None

"After upgrading to this unit from a washer that was about 15 years old we are truly amazed. The size of the loads, wash time, and quality of wash are much better than expected. It also is much quieter than we expected and is very easy to set up and use the controls."

What's great about it: Easy to use with nice features
What's not so great: Still looking for them

"Bought this washer last month to replace a GE washer. Large loads no problem. It typically takes around 60 minutes to wash clothes. They come out clean and smelling good. I am glad we made this purchase."

What's great about it: Cleans very well. Large capacity. Quiet.
What's not so great: None.

"I waited 20 years to get a new washer and dryer. I researched them a lot. This one had everything I needed and more: it's very energy efficient."

What's great about it: Clothes last longer, they pay for themselves!

"I am on my second set of whirlpool duets only because I gave my last ones to my daughter as a present.
My clothes last longer before showing wear. I can wash things in it instead of taking them to the cleaners."

What's great about it: looks and cleans great, efficient
What's not so great: takes longer per load

"This is a great washer. I have had mine for 2 months now and am still very happy that I bought it. The load takes longer than my old washer but I am able to fit more in it so it's still better. After doing my research on this product I was worried about stinky towels but I haven't had any yet! I do tend to use bleach on anything that's tollerant so that might help. Now if only the dryer worked as nicely....."

"The whirlpool duet washer is the best washer I have ever used. With a busy family which includes 2 teenagers, I do a lot of laundry. The capacity of this product is outstanding. I am able to do very large loads and still have all the clothes come out clean. Also, with the high speed spin cycle, the time it takes to dry the clothes has been dramatically decreased. Great product, especially when paired with the duet dryer."
