What's great about it: Easy to use with nice features
What's not so great: Still looking for them
Bought this dryer last month to replace a GE dryer. Large loads no problem. It typically takes around 40 minutes to dry clothes. I am glad we made this purchase.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: Gentle on clothes, fast, drying rack is great for sweaters.
What's not so great: None.
Thanks to the fast spin cycle of the washer, drying time is very low. Clothes don't get fried anymore.

What's great about it: Large capacity, takes everything we can throw at it
What's not so great: Can be slow to dry
Bought this to replace an aging pair, and we've been happy with the decision. My wife loves them and that's good. It sometimes dries slower than I would like, but that's primarily with heavy fabrics. Otherwise, no problems at all.
p.s. buy the matching pedestals, you won't be sorry!

What's great about it: Quiet, Efficient and Attractive Design
What's not so great: Haven't Discovered Any!!!
I just recently purchased this dryer and so far I am very satisfied with the product. I love the design with the flat top and the see thru-door. The interior light is a real bonus, too!!! Very useful in a dark garage!!
I noticed one of the previous reviews mentioned that the product didn't dry the clothes well. I didn't experience that problem at all even with a large load of jeans and towels. My last dryer did that over time and my appliance repair man says thats normally caused by a defective sensor or lack of airflow in the venting, and of, course an accumulation of lint in some cases. In other words, it may not be the dryer itself.
On my first load, I had turned the dryer on and left the house for a few hours, and when i came back the clothes had been fluffed intermittently by the Wrinkle-shield system after the dryer time ran out, so the clothes were not only dry, but they were soft and wrinkle-free.
So I would have to give Whirlpool props for this fantastic dryer!!!!

What's not so great: be careful not to overload
I am on my second set only because I gave my daughter the previous ones and got myself new ones. You can put huge loads in both the washer and dryer.
The only problem I have ever had is when I overloaded it with a bulky item.

What's great about it: looks cool, has multiple settings, wrinkle guard
What's not so great: clothes not dry! wrinkled
I bought this dryer to go with the duet washer. It takes a long time to dry and the sensor is not very accurate. It'll stop drying and so I'll have to start it up again and then it'll go for another half hour! I found that always leaving the setting on bulky items helps a little. Very frusterating if you want to start the dryer and then leave. Also, make sure to shake the clothes out well before they go in the dryer or they WILL be wrinkled or in knots!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
