What's great about it: Nothing
What's not so great: Does not work
"I’ve used PNY products before and have never been pleased with the performance. They use cheap materials which fail easily or plain out don’t work. A prime example is their RAM, I run my own PC repair business and I have customers bringing in this type of memory because it’s on sale at Best Buy, Staples, etc, etc. I do my part and install the memory but I have only had 1 set of PNY memory work in a PC and it was actually slower after the upgrade. I have helped spread the word in my area that PNY is NOT a reliable brand and to stay away from the PNY brand in general. Stay with the brands that work such as Crucial which is a great memory."

"I had a little trouble installing these at first but then all was well. For the price you can't really complain too much about the performance. I had 2 gigs Ram to start with on 32 Bit Vista Home Premium. This memory upgrade bumped me up to 4 gigs although it's really only 3.5 or whatever. I haven't noticed my computer running any faster, I know about 32 bit and 64 bit windows how 64 can utilize more ram than 32 bit. But for the price, it's an easy upgrade for anyone that needs more speed."

"Vista's performance was improved going from 2GB to 4GB!! Also went from 32-bit to 64-bit because of having the 4GB of ram!!"

"I got this last week for 50.00! Great deal for 2 GB, and original price of 200.00. Work was too cheap to upgrade my memory so I did it myself. Call me crazy but a slow PC at work isn't fun to deal with all day! WORKS GREAT."

What's not so great: None so far
"It took about 3 minutes to install the memory and Once I powered up my PC there was an INSTANT noticeable difference. I put it in an Inspiron 531s with Vista that I bought for the kids, I was not happy with the PC at all, so I tried MORE RAM, and suprisingly enough, it solved the problem. I am very pleased with the results!"

"More is always better, and with games and even operating systems getting hungrier for memory these are a must. I bought 2 sets of these (a total of 4 gig) for my machine and love every moment its turned on. The computer boots faster, accesses programs faster, and can run more programs at the same time without bogging my machine down. A must have...."

"Purchased this memory about 1 month ago, and performance has increased slightly, but I also need to clean up the rest of my system as the hard drive is about 80% full, and will probably run better when I remove about 40% of the files I can remove. Need to get a 2nd Hard drive, so i can simply move them. Great price, paid $60.00 and was a great investment. Increased my current system to 3Gig, it supports 4Gig."

"i found this set at my best buy for $59.00 thanksgiving weekend, i couldnt pass it up. i thought it was an error on the pricing but it rang up for $59.00, i would have bought everyone they had for that price but i only found 1 in the pile of picked over memory. very good memory for the price, i havent overclocked it yet but i will soon. i also like the heat sink they put on it."

What's not so great: Had to bring one DOA back...
"Bought a pair for our church multimedia box and got a great price on sale. Machine would not boot, I was able to narrow it down to one bad stick from this pair (only reason I didn't give 5 stars)
Customer service was great about exchanging it, no hassles. Next stick worked flawlessly, and we are back up and running with no problems at all!"
