What's great about it: Great Storyline, Fun Gameplay, Laptop Friendly What's not so great: Not so many items to buy
"I got this game because the Sims would not work on my laptop. Turns out that I like this game a lot more. This game has a lot more features that the original Sims. You could make your own family and play as that, and you could even make places for your families to go. I've tried to make my Sims as realistic as possible by making actual places that I go to. It's just a really great game."

What's great about it: A great spin-off, with fun stories to control. What's not so great: Kinda like The Sims 2
"I really like this game. Even though some may say it's the exact same thing as the original game. But it has more to it than just the same concept. With this game the stories are much more deeper than what you will find on The Sims 2. Having these different stories in the game makes it funny to see how you can get the stories to connect and become one big story."

What's great about it: as fun as the sims 2 What's not so great: Limited
"this game is great! i love it! the only problem is that the yards aren't as big as the yards are in the sims 2 and the hair and clothes are very limited. But besides that, the stories are very fun and very entertaining"

Pretty Good Game

What's great about it: Building, lots of things to buy, story mode What's not so great: No online
"This game is one of my favorite computer games. There is variety of ways to go through. There are many different career tracks to choose from and you can get about 10 promotions per career track. Once you get to the top of the career track, you are making the big bucks, and there are tons of thigns to buy. This can be fun or boring depeding on what you like. If you like a challenge in a game, then the game will get very boring eventually. Or, if you like seeing your sim very rich and have everything in the game open to you (like me), the game will be very fun. So, I've just been talking about freeplay, but there is story mode. You can choose either the story of Riley or Vincent. I beat Vincent's story, but I think I hit an impossible part in Riley's. There is an imposible part (or just extremely hard). You have to become friend's with a person, and you can't. I have been trying for very long, and I can't. But, it doesn't really ruin the game because there is still freeplay, with endless possibilities. The only other thing I didn't like is that ther is no online. I think that would be cool."

"for someone just getting involved with the Sims. Easy interface and simple maneuvers. If you are just started out with the sims try your hand at this pack. Then you would probably jump right into the Sims2,lol!"
