A good, but short follow-up to the original GRAW09/14/2007

"Graphics: Great 8.5/10 Graphics are bright and crisp, and a complete upgrade of the original GRAW. You will notice a difference immediately.
Sound: Amazing - 9/10 The sounds and score of this game were well thought out from a user standpoint, and put the player right in the middle of the battle. You feel as if you are on the battlefield with Captain Mitchell. Very well done.
Gameplay: Amazing - 9/10 More of a continuation of the first GRAW (and it takes place 24 hours after the first battle), the gameplay, A.I., squad commands, and weapons have all been improved.
Replay Value – 10/10 After you finish the main game, you will have plenty of fun playing online, co-op, quick missions, and much more. To top it off, downloadable content make this game a stale in your 360 collection.
Overall – 9/10 This game was enjoyable to play through, and with the added in-depth online and multiplayer content, this game is fun as it is gorgeous.
More of a “remix” than a sequel, Ghost Recon Advance Warfighter 2 takes place 24 hours after Captain Mitchell and squads’ last fight. With improved graphics, frame rates, sounds, controls, and weapons, this game is a worthy sequel in an outstanding franchise. The main story is short and can be completed in 8-12 hours (depending on difficulty), is enjoyable and has a decent ending.
Where this game really shines is in its multiplayer and matchmaking functions. If military games are your thing, and you like to play online, then look no further. Your money will be well spent here. With many online options, varied achievements, and downloadable content and company support, this game, like the first GRAW, will be played long after it is completed by the gamer.
If you enjoy squad based shooters, like/love Tom Clancy games, then or played the first GRAW, then this is a must buy for you (you will not be disappointed). The online capabilities and support from downloadable content keep this game’s replay value high, and you the gamer will not feel like you threw away $60.00."

What's great about it: 3rd person, you get a sniper and have to breath like in Cod4, decent graphics What's not so great: Story got boring after 5 minutes, the gameplay is so slow in the beginning
"I thought it would be a different version of Rainbow Six Vegas but didn't come close. The story is super boring. I didn't even finish it because I got bored. You just run around kill like 2 enemies once in a while and that's it.
I guess the only good thing is the graphics and 3rd person shooter.
It would get 5/5 if GRAW would give a better beginning and more excitement."

What's great about it: Good price now, still lots of players online What's not so great: Less people play it
"GRAW 2 is a very good game. I got it last year and played for a few months. The game is very exciting and the multiplayer doesn't let you down. You can fight against other players or join together and complete co-op missions. The campaign is also very exciting. It gets very hard depending on the setting the computer is on. I played it yesterday and I was surprised to see tons of people still playing. This is a great game and I recommend to any fan of shooters."

"it depends on what you like. i personally do not like the hud. having your enemies flash in red diamonds is extremely easy to hit at times and completely unrealistic. other than that, its pretty good"

What's great about it: Nice Graphics and Textures, Exciting Story, Exceptional Gameplay What's not so great: Short Story, Akward Multiplayer, Easy Enemies
"GRAW 2 was ok for me. I loved those very high detail textures that were put into the game it really made the game look very cool. The stroy was awesome and sad for the most part. The Multiplayer was a little on the side for me because i did not like the mechanics that were put in there. I think GRAW 1 was better in my opinion. I would recommend it but i would say Rent it first to give it a test run."

"Ghost Recon 3 Advanced Warfighter is very fun. The missions are long and you have to really take your time or else you will die over 100 times a mission. However, the cool thing is that your targets are marked and you can choose how you kill them. Do you take them out from afar with a sniper or rush in for the shotgun kill? Your team is very useful in this game so use them wisely. They can rush anywhere and take out almost any enemy!"

What's great about it: Great game play, fun multi co-op multiplayer What's not so great: The main character is cheesy now
"GRAW 2 is a lot of fun to play, it’s got a great storyline and the graphics are excellent. You play through as a ghost team and try to save the world again. The environments are much better this time around and team control is great. This game does have a fun co-op mode, but it is extremely hard even on easy. There is no co-op through the story like in the Rainbow six series which is kind of disappointing, but still fun to play with a friend on the co-op levels or online. The main character is pretty cheesy now though on what he says. He has a lot of one-liners and reminds me of master chief from the halo series. If you play through the game and beat it you could even see it being master chief. You’ll have to try it to see what I mean though. There is a great selection of guns to chose from and some extra content to download to play with this game. I certainly recommend this game if you have liked any of the GRAW or Rainbow 6 games."

What's great about it: great controls strong story good acting massive environments What's not so great: commanding a vehicle is not as fun as driving it.
"The graphics are fantastic and can still hold its own to the newer games. The controls are very responsive and having different ways to go is key to making the game feel more realistic. This is a great addition to anyones game library. The job done on the AI was well done."

What's great about it: split screen gaming What's not so great: outdated compared to Call of Duty 4
"this was my favorite game until COD4 hit.. it gives good multiplayer functionality while allowing multiple gamers to share the same screen online. when comparing to the new COD4, this game is getting dated, but still very solid in its own right. the match making process online is a bit slow, but beyond that, this a fun game worth the new low price!"

"I don't agree with my fellow bestbuy reviewer below me but this game does have some potential it could have blow us away but it just didnt. if you have played it you would know. what i am trying to say, bad AI, doesnt even reload his weapon (well take the clip out at least) i just say it could have been awsome if it would have had some more work. thats why i gave it a 2/5"

What's great about it: Great weapon selection, realistic, fun. What's not so great: Can be slow. Actions are slow. They are not done quickly enough.
"Well, let me start with what I hate most about this game: It's slowness. Actions wise. I want to roll, that takes a good while. I want to switch from nades to gun or the other way around, that takes another life time. Its just too slow. For my taste at least. Besides that, its a fairly solid game. Fun to play. People that have played other game, other third person shooter games, will know what i am talking about."

What's great about it: grapihcs, online, campian, skill, what more can i say What's not so great: online spawn killers
"this game is the best tatical shooter and third person shooter out there. it is a great follow up to GRAW 1 and has great game play. The story line is good and makes you want to keep playing. But when the story gets old there is also online. now the online can keep me up until the we hours of the night. the only thing bad about this game is the people that just sit at your spawn and kill you when you spawn. but other than that i would give this game a 5 out of 5."

"If your looking for more then straight shooting then this game is it. You have to be very tactful and command your team leading your way. These are some of the best graphics you'll ever see. The explosions are real. It is a little bit shorter of a game but the levels seem to be long. The online if definitely a great change of pace in this game. Lots of weapons to choose from. I personally like this better then Vegas, which was a very good game also."
