What's great about it: very little... fits around ear ok...
What's not so great: low quality sound.... shuts down every 10 minutes... lots of static !!!...
I thought by paying more than normal for these headphones, that I would get the best quality... just the opposite, these were the worse I've owned... too much static noise and they shut off every 10 minutes for some dumb reason.... I returned the item....
This product has... Perfect fit, Too much ambient noise, goes into sleep mode every 10 mins.

What's great about it: decent sound quality, works exactly as it's supposed to

Bought these for use in our bedroom so either my wife or I could watch TV (Toshiba 24: HDTV) at night without disturbing the other person. Set up was no problem. Attached the transmitter to the outputs on the cable box. Charged the headphones for 16 hours (overnight) and followed the instructions. Headphones worked perfectly (touched the channel selector on the 'phones and it immediately found the transmitter) and the wireless transmission carried from the second floor of our home where the bedroom is to the basement. These aren't audiophile headphones and for under $100 I wouldn't have expected that...but the sound quality is very good with more then enough volume. Very happy with this purchase.

Have two units on same channel. Am able to use in main room and bedroom depending on which tv is turned on. Wife and I can listen to same program using both headsets.

What's great about it: light weight, cordless
What's not so great: feels cheaply made
I use these while staying up late watching movies. The phones work as designed, sound decent, and I like the drop in base for recharging.
These were not bought or intended to be used as a studio quality headphone. If you need audiophile quality - these are not the phones for you. If you want to listen to movies at night - they work well

works great- no problems with static or noise in our home and very long range connections. using it with a sony google tv and various apps just great w/o annoying the whole house anytime of the day or night.

I bought both sets of wierless headphones that the store had. Sony and Rocketfish. Both have their ups and downs. To me the Sony have more ups. I like the fit and comfort of the Sony. Also the atuo on / off. You put them on and they turn on, you take them off and they turn off - perfect! They also have the ablity to change between three different channels for tuning, this can help if you are picking up interference. The stand / charge is excellent, easy to set the headphones and the slow charging unit works just fine. They are ready to go when I am. I recommend these and would buy them again.

What's great about it: Comfortable, nice clear sound.
What's not so great: Poor instructions.
Out of the box easy to install battries, only problem was connecting them to the TV. after two hours could not get a sound out of them, tried various outputs on TV still no sound, exchanged them for another set thinking they were faulty, still had the same probs with second set, tried setting them up on my Computer worked fine, eventually I set them up via my cable box, perfect sound came through the headphones. Nice clear sound with no distortion or buzzing, even wore them out in the garden many feet from the receiver and still a good clear sound. I now know that I am electronic stupid.

Tried two of these with an exchange and both have the same problem with the automatic on/off switch that is activated by stretching the overhead band when putting the phones on and off. Sound abruptly keeps cutting in an out whenever I turn or move my head. I am taking the second set back today and will stay away from the Sony automatic on/off earphones this time. I cannot really judge the sound quality because of the abrupt cutting in and out. If picking out two of these earphones is not just an unlikely but unfortunate coincidence, this product should be taken off the shelf until the switch is reengineered.
This product has... sound cuts in and out with any head movement.

I typically go to sleep before my hubby and getting highly irritated that most of the time he doesn't want to turn off TV when I do, so, this was the perfect solution, I go to sleep without NOISE, and he gets to watch TV at a normal and comfortable volume! Win Win!

What's great about it: Fits me and my 2 year old and we can be mobile!
What's not so great: Background hiss.
So these headphones are very comfortable to wear. The problem is, as you can see from other reviews is that they hiss. Every time there is sound coming in from what you are watching it is also accompanied by a static hiss that gets louder or quieter as the intensity of the sound changes. This is at my desk, right in front of the receiver on any channel and I don't have any other wireless devices or wi-fi. The missus and the kid don't mind but compared to my wired headphones it is quite noticeable. Fine for mobile headphones so you can sit on the couch or do the dishes and not miss your show, but no where near the quality of a pair of comparably priced wired headphones.

I got these headphones to use while exercising. The equipment is outside a glass door that I watch the TV through. They are comfortable. There is occasional feedback and/or loss of signal within 50', but it is not really that significant. I just notice it when I turn my head at certain angles. Sound quality is good, but it is actually average. It does the job for which I purchased them. I am sure there are better quality headphones out there, but again, for the price, it does the job in a comfortable way.

What's not so great: 2 returns and 2 major operating problems....never even got to use either one yet!!!
Defect other than the original head set. I charged it and hooked it up and the right side doesn't even play anything! The first headset clicked on and off due to the dual head band problem....It even did it when not on my head at all but on a table without movement. Now the clicking stopped....but the right side does work at all!!!!! I called GEEK Squad and they had me on hold for over 20 minutes...I think they hung up on me! How can this be durable if it doesn't work right straight out of the box???? If I had a lower rating it would be in the negative zero range.
This product has... can't tell it doen't work, 2 sets and both defective
About me... just want to hear music when i cut the grass, i guess that aint happening now, i had this brand years ago and no problems, sony! if it aint broke don't fix it!!!!

Purchased for my husband's birthday on my research alone - I do not know much about electronics. I saw these were on sale at a GREAT price. My husband likes how you can leave the room and still hear the tv in other parts of the house. Now my husband and son can play video games without me telling them to "turn it down"!
