I was on the hunt for an inexpensive desktop monitor, and I happened upon the Open Box buys at Best Buy. This monitor was in the display for $119.99, a GREAT price.
I will be using it for a variety of purposes, but I hooked it up to my MacBook Pro as a secondary monitor just to try it out and see how it looked. Well, it looks great! The 8ms refresh rate seems to work great with videos, compared to some Samsung 15" flat panels that I purchased back in 2001. The resolution is a nice 1280x720, and it has both DVI and VGA inputs (and you can plug two things in and toggle between them!)
For what I need and for what I paid, this monitor was a GREAT deal!
I would recommend this to a friend!

This monitor replaced my Samsung 19" which was not a wide screen. This monitor makes the colors brighter which my other one did not. I do not have a bunch of lights behind me so the glare isnt a factor in my case.
It fits perfectly on my desk and i actually have more space n front of me now that i didnt have before. I havent had a chance to utilise the HD part of this monitor yet and really not sure how to but it is there when i figure it out.
For the price, this is a real nice buy and i recomend it to anyone that doesnt want to spend a lot of money.

What's great about it: Nice bright colors, doesnt run as hot as my older TFT 19", turns off automatically when my computer turms off
What's not so great: None so far

I found this great for the price. I'm no computer expert. Yet as a single mom, who knows just enough. I found it very easy to set up. Fits great in the space I have for a computer.
I'm not really used to "landscape" and it does take a bit getting used to, but this is a wonderful monitor, especially for what I am doing with it! Would definitely buy it again.

It is has the best picture when watching movies. This flat screen LCD make every picture look better. I would recommend it to all my friends and family, as a matter of fact I did. Thanks for a great product.

Purchased one for my husband and I play on his computer more than my own because of the monitor. Plan on getting one for me now. Space saving and clarity is awesome. Deffinately would recommend to a friend great price and great picture. Easy to set up

I found this monitor fine for basic activities and gaming, and I'm still using the built on graphics card on my Gateway. I will soon be upgrading to a good HD card, and expect better performance.
What's great about it: Great Performance, small package.
What's not so great: The resolution is not extremely high, but enough

The monitor has great clarity, resolution and is cosmetically great. Hooking it up was very easily done. The only issue is the ergonomics of adjustment. Not high enough for me to be correct. Had to add a riser to get 2" eye level below top of monitor.
What's great about it: Exceptional screen clarity
What's not so great: Not adjustable enough

It took awhile for me to adjust to the configuration on the flat screen, but now I like it fine. The purchase price fit our budget. The size is good for us because of space limitations. The screen stays clean better than the screen on our previous monitor. Overall, this monitor works for me!
