Good Dryer

What's great about it: Quick drying, large capacity
What's not so great: A few more wrinkles than my old dryer
"We bought this dryer along with the matching washer. I LOVE the washer, and I do like the dryer. The capacity is large and it dries faster than my old dryer, which is a big plus. Upon immediate removal from the dryer, more of my clothes do seem to be a little more wrinkled than my old dryer though. Also, the LG wrinkle care feature that tumbles the clothes periodically after the drying cycle ends is a nice feature that has it's benefits; however, I wish it had a constant extended tumble which worked better for me on the wrinkle prevention when I couldn't get to the dryer immediately. I would still say that the overall performance has been very good."

What's great about it: Makes doing laundry so much easier...
What's not so great: Who wants to bend over, front loaders should come with the pedestals or so you would think!!!
"I love my LG washer and dryer! With 4 children we have alot of laundry and with our front loaders it makes doing laundry less of a chore. If only they could fold the clothes, it would be my dream come true...I just love being able to get all of my laundry done in a fraction of the time over other washers and dryers we had...My LG also saves me in detergent and energy, that with so much laundry makes a huge difference in our pocket books...I dreaded doing laundry before, seeing piles of clothes I would spend the entire day trying to get it all done, only for the next days laundry, not any more!! The other thing I love is all the options, this makes our clothes last longer and saves going to the dry cleaners each week...I have bragged and shown off my washer and dryer to all of my friends and family, pointing out the ease and the money we save...The LG brand has surpassed our expectations and has been a brand in which we look for whenever we make a purchase...So far we have LG phones and a few other Items, our next purchase will be a new LCD Television, and so far the LG brand in our opinions have been our favorite...I highly recommend it...as for being a person of all thumbs, they are all up !!! lol.."

What's great about it: lots of room and it is quiet
What's not so great: that i didn't get it sooner
"Well i do laundry almost every day and i dreaded it but now with my matching dryer to my washer machine i love it, i get very overly excited when i get new products. also i love the fact that it gives me one less thing to do that i hate iron. my biggest petpeve was that my clothes would come out wrinkled and i would truely wash them over, but now its all wrinkle free and my life is alot simpler."

"This unit blows our old dryer away. It's the quietest unit I've ever had. It drys the fastest. I like gizmos and this unit delivers with the huge number of settings available. Dewrinkling, taking clothes out early to hang up or press... there's so much versatility packed into this unit!"

What's great about it: Fast dry cycle, easy to use!
"We bought this dryer with its' companion washer and they are a great pair. And at the listed price, it is even better! The machine is very quiet and the cycle is only about 25-30minutes long since the washer does such a great job spinning them.
The buzzer on it is also very pleasant. I am used to the annoying buzzers on my mom's set, but these play a nice sort of jingle to let you know that they are finished.
I love love this machine!!"

What's great about it: energy efficient, tons of options, easy to use
"I love that this dryer is energy efficient first off--but it is so easy to use too! It also checks your loads for you to see if they are done, adds on a little extra time if they are not so that when the timer goes off, they are just right. I also love that I can use it for things that I would have never dreamed of putting in the dryer before (things that I would have sent to the dry cleaners--suits, pillows, etc). What a great product!"

What's great about it: Fast Drying, Efficient
"This dryer is awesome. With the drawer pedestal, I don't have to bend over as much to load and unload the dryer. It is fast drying and efficient, Energy Star compliant. I like knowing how mch tme is left in each cycle. Plus, it will say for example, 5 minutes left, but if it senses more moisture in the clothes, it automatically resets itself to a longer dry time."

"This was a great match to the LG washer we just purchased. The simple controls have you on your way in no time. The control tones are pleasant. The child lock feature is also a great plus. I do wish that you could lock the controls at all times, not just during a cycle. Overall, great dryer for the money!"

What's great about it: I love the sensor dry mode. There is no second guessing to drying clothes.
"This dryer has made life easier. There is no second guessing if your clothes are dry or not. I love the sensor dry mode. Not much to do but load the dryer, power up, turn a knob and start. I did purchase the drying rack and love that as well. There are no limitations to how you want to dry your clothes in this dryer."

"This is my fist front loader and I will never go back!! dries fast and you can put on wrinkle guard so when it finish it comes on about ever 5 minutes until you get to is, easy to use and tons of features ! It use to take me 1 hour for a load of towel this dry take about 35 minutes ,, I have the washer also"

What's great about it: Quiet, easy to use controls, excellent results, child lock
What's not so great: 2 year old can reach the controls
"This machine is very quiet, sleek looking, and has easy to use and understand controls. Clothes come out cooler to the touch than my old dryer and with fewer wrinkles. I love the little song the beeper plays when the cycle is finished. Lint trap is easy to use, right in front of the door. There is a reminder to check for lint before every load. It also has the added advantage of a reversible door. I needed to have mine open the opposite way. Change over was so simple I did it myself in about 5 minutes. Added height and smooth top make a great folding area. Drying rack has to be purchased seperatly with this lower priced model.
Only problem with this design is that my 2 year old granddaughter can reach the control panel. There is a child lock feature built in that prevents children from changing the settings once the cycle has begun, however she can turn the control panel on when the machine is off and if she pushed the buttons enough, she could start the cycle. Purchase of the optional pedestal would put the controls out of reach."
