What's great about it: Lights are fun, and size is great.
"This is a solid surge/power/line cleaner. Some people claimed that they had a wonderful experience with their video being so much better and audio now near thx certification. On the real...I didnt notice any imprvement in my picture, however I could tell a slight (key word slight) improvement in my sound.
Alot of this is peace of mind though that my goodies are all safe with a nice guarantee from panamax. The voltage regulator did help maintain proper power to my equipment, especially when the ac would kick on, or when a hair dryer would start. I could tell that.
All and all, this is a great product that I will buy again. If for nothing else, when my friends come over, they always ask what that black box is with blue lights, and I love having attention drawn onto my Home Theater system."

What's great about it: Keeps everything safe and cool lights! What's not so great: Nothing!

"Wanted a surge suppresor for my A/V equipment that looked nice and the on/off switch was easily accessable. It looks great with the system. It does filter the power. Before, I would run the vacuum cleaner and lines would appear on the TV and noise would come through the speakers. I put in the panamax and the lines and the noise totally disappeared. And i don't have to reach behind the shelf to turn off the old surge supressor. I can just hit a button in the front."
