"It's as simple and scratching off the code cover on the back and inserting the code into the marketplace. 4000 points is a lot, but most of the things in the marketplace are 160+ points. Just another way for microsoft to collect more money."

Pros: Dont have to buy over XBOX Live, can use your MyReward Zone Card and get rewarded for it. Cons: Sometimes cards wont work online.
"Instead of using your credit card over xbox live to buy points, buy them at best buy instead and you can pay with credit card, check, or cash. For buying downloadable content this is a must. Also you get the same amount of points per dollar if you bought the 1600 point pack or online:
4000/50 = 80 points 1600/20 = 80 points (same but only $20 for 1600 points)
also you can use your reward zone card and use them to earn reward certificates faster. the only issue may come in when your card wont work online, but the xbox help number is there and they really help. so why are u reading this. go buy it!"

Better than buying on your console!

Pros: You get Microsoft points AND Best Buy Reward Zone points! Cons: NONE!
"This is a no brainer for me. These points cost the same as the points you buy on your console. The only difference in buying at Best Buy and at home is that you get Best Buy Reward Zone points at the store. I have never had nor have I heard of anybody having any issues with these cards working. If you're going to buy Microsoft Points, you may as well buy them somewhere where you get rewarded for it."

Pros: 4000 Points Cons: You have to wait in line to buy it.
"I don't know why other people may be complaining about this, but I have only had luck with these. I have purchased multiple cards from the store and never once have I had a problem. The nice thing is that by using this card you do not have to enter in credit card information on your console. If there ever is a problem with your card, guess what, the number to call is on the back of the card! All in all. Definitely worth the money."

"This worked with no problem, i am rocking out on Guitar Hero and Rock Band with awesome new tunes. There is no noticable price difference between the 1600 and 4000 as cost per point
$50 / 4000 = $.0125 per point $20 / 1600 = $.0125 per point
so it does not save you money getting multiple 1600 cards."

"I have bought over 15.000 points this way and have never had a problem. The points always work for me and if the card was defective then just call 1 800 4MY XBOX and they could help you. There is no price defrince either. 1600 points for $20 is the same as 4000 points for $50. 4000/1600=2.5 2.5*20=50 Its simple MATH!!!"
