This chair is awesome, i play online videogames that involve hours upon hours of time in a chair. I've been using a wood dining chair, talk about discomfort. im 6'2 170 pounds of muscle and this chair holds me up every day with no problem whatsoever. If you want a good chair for your money this is the one to get.

What's great about it: Sale price, style, color.
I've only owned this chair for 1 day so far, so I can't say much at the moment but I'll update in the future if I feel it's needed.
I had been looking at this chair for a while now and finally pulled the trigger on purchasing it. I couldn't wait any longer because my cat was eating the foam from my old, torn, worn chair and getting sick.
First impression, it's a little bit firm to sit on. But considering my old chair was at least 10 years old it's a major improvement and I expect the firmness will soften up over time (like anything with foam in it). I'm just glad to not be sitting on plywood anymore (my old chair was...... old, worn padding).
Assembly was a little bit awkward, I'll just tell you to lay the chair down on it's side while getting the back cushion attached.
The chair feels sturdy and relatively well built. I don't have any complaints so far on that aspect.
Taking into consideration one reviewer's experience I preemptively went to a local large home improvement / hardware store and bought some stronger screws to use for attaching the arms to the seat and back cushions.
I'm a hefty guy and don't want to break any bolts. I got 2 packs (4 screws each) of 1/4"-20 x 1-1/2" (part number 28781) screws for $1.98 which I feel is a small investment up front to be sure to have no problems in the future. Who knows how long the supplied screws would last but I felt it was worth it to upgrade now. I also used some Loctite blue (about $7 for a small tube) on each of the screw threads. It will help keep the screws from ever loosening unintentionally.
Just keep in mind that all your movement (and weight, on the back cushion) is supported by the 4 screws on each arm rest and those are the only thing keeping the arm rests and seat/back cushions together.
For the sale price of $130 I'm pleased, so far. I haven't had an opportunity yet to sit in it for a long period of time so I don't know about the comfort level during extended periods of sitting, but if I find it to be bad I'll come back and let you know! One recent review also mentioned that the wheels are hard to roll. I didn't have any problems rolling it on a hard floor. The chair's final destination is a carpet floor where it rolls as you would expect it to on carpet. My old chair wheels fit this chair also so I tried them and they feel the same on carpet. I hope that reviewer wasn't trying to street race the chair, I just don't understand how hard it is to roll a chair around.
If you have any doubts about this chair, keep the box, try it out for 28 days and return it on the 29th day if you still don't like it. Good luck getting it back into the box though!!

Got this chair to replace old chair. Fast and easy to assemble. Sits comfortably for about and hour, any longer and back starts to get sore. Needs more back padding/support.

I've been through a lot of computer chairs in my day. I was skeptical of this one in the store, but it was comfortable and I figured I needed one anyways so why not grab it? So far it has been fantastic. I have had this chair for over a month and it's still as supportive, firm, and as comfortable as it was on day 1. For a guy over 6'3" and over 280 lbs. it's nice to find a good chair made out of a decent material that stands up to the wear and tear I place on it. I would recommend and I would buy it again.

It's very comfortable and sturdy. The only issue that I had was when putting it together. The screws for the arm rests did not align properly, and it took a good hour to get them on. Otherwise, it's fantastic.

I couldn't ask for a better investment. After sitting all day, in front of a computer, your chair can make your day more enjoyable, and this chair does that very well. It is very comfortable, good lumbar support, good lateral support, and well positioned arm rests. Very nice.

This chair was reasonably comfortable for the few months I used it. Then, one day the arm rest detached from the back. At first, I thought the bolt had worked its way out and I could just put it back in. But, on closer inspection, the bolt holding the two parts together had broken off in the hole. Since the hole is occupied by the broken-off bolt, and there's no way to extract that piece from the hole (no screw head left to turn), there is no way to replace it with another bolt. I tried drilling out the bolt, but that did not work. The hole is part of the seat, so basically the whole chair has to be tossed.
So, because the manufacturer had to do things cheaply and decided to save a few cents by using poorly manufactured bolts instead of hard strong bolts, the entire chair is junk. Just for the record, I only weigh 150 pounds and I don't rock back and forth in the chair... I just sit there. Normal use. Yet, I only got a few months before catastrophic failure happened.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've had the chair for a few years now and still using it to this day. I work about 50 hours a week in front of the computer and have had no issues. The only downside is that the arm rests have turned a dark color and feels more like a smooth leather (instead of suede), most likely from my arms resting on the arm rests for long periods of time.

This is a very nice looking chair and very easy to assemble. My only complaint is that the seat becomes uncomfortable after sitting for hours in front of my computer. I wish it had more padding in the seating area to make up for the lack of padding in my seating area.

I bought this chair about 4 maybe 5 years ago. I love it. Its comfortable, its nice looking and its well built! The only thing is that you really have to watch not to spill anything on it as it stains very easy! But to have something that is used daily with little ones jumping on it and it last for this long is good! The only thing wrong with my chair are a few stains, and i cant get them out so i will get a new one! Nice investment!

I work from home and needed a comfortable chair to spend 9 hours a day. I was looking for something around 100 dollars or less, but once I went to a best buy store, sat on this chair I decided to buy it. No more back and neck pain. I am 6'3 tall guy and I feel very comfortable.
I recommend it if you need to spend hours a day sitting. If you're going to buy a chair to use occasionally you should buy a cheaper one.

This chair is comfortable and functions just like I expected. Feels great on the back and slides easily without marking the floor. I probably will get a protective mat but I'm amazed how easily it slides. Set up was super easy. The screws were bubble wrapped and labeled separately according to parts. There was no guessing as to which screws went to which part and I was up and sitting in no time. The color represented in the picture was true to life as well.

Bought this chair April 25, 2009. Today, January 7, 2010 one of the wheels just broke off as I was scooting back. I use this chair Mon-Fri at my office. I have not been rough with this chair and I am not a BIG person. I cannot believe that they made the roller assembly that comes out of the bottom of the legs out of PLASTIC. This chair is also uncomfortable after just a little bit of sitting in it. No padding on the chair. I use a pillow to help, but after a while, my back starts hurting.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
