What's great about it: its a good peice of hardware What's not so great: wasnt free
"it was a simple put togehter, with the tv stand i got i didnt need the stud sensor as the back where the mount goes is all solid particle board, was eazy to put together, the hardest part was finding the right size ratchet head. after that was making sure its level, after that - was simple.
plenty of room between the wall and this tv for air flow. very happy with this unit, will use this one again for a second tv"

Very good mount

What's great about it: Easy install, good instructions, everthing you need What's not so great: Bad stud sensor
"I bought this mount because I finally decided to mount my 50'' Plasma tv. I bought it in fear that it was a waste of money, but did anyways. It took about and hour to put up, but only becase the stud sensor was terrible. But after getting two good studs, it fits my tv like a glove. Deffinately happy that i bought it now. If you want a good sturdy mount at a decent price, this is the way to go."

Excellent wall mount

What's great about it: Reasonable price and durability What's not so great: Comes with lousy stud finder
"This wall mount was easy to install and came with all the neccessary screws and bolts to fit ANY TV. It comes with a lousy stud-finder that didn't work to well in my house, but may work better in a more modern house with straight drywall and stud cunstruction. Once the studs are found, the size of the wall mounting piece and its slide-slots for the anchoring bolts make it easy to install and adjust. You also have 4 different types of screws with this mount for attaching it to the rear of your TV. After finding the screws that fit my 50"HDTV, I mounted the two side pieces to my TV, then had to get assistance lifting the tv to the wall mount. The only part of difficulty was getting the small locking tabs in place after I had the TV up on the wall mount. If you have large hands, get someone with small hands to do this as it is relatively tight behind the mounting bracket. I test pulled on the bracket after it was installed and before mounting the TV. It held all 200lbs of my weight up off of the floor for the 20 seconds I hung onto it. The adjustable angle feature was also nice. My TV is mounted exactly 44" above the floor and needed angled about 10degrees down for me to see a flat image from my couch. It also holds my TV at about 5" away from the wall. The instructions that come with most Flat Panel HDTV's tell you to leave atleast 4" of space on all sides and the rear of the TV for air circulation to cool the TV. If you're interested in a wall mount for your TV, look no further."

Great Value

What's great about it: Easy to install What's not so great: Partially limited install area
"This product works great and was very easy to install. I recommend making sure that you know the distance between the mount holes on your t.v. before you go to purchase, some t.v.'s are wider than others. You may need to get a larger size than the package indicates due to this. The only drawback that i can think of is that it needs to be mounted to a stud in the wall. You can manipulate the placement to an extent, but not necessarily exactly where you may want it."

Solid as a rock

What's great about it: Easy to install, exceptionally sturdy What's not so great: heavy, so may require two people for some tasks
"This is the second mount I bought for my new LG 37" Flat Panel tv. The tv is for our bedroom, and we had limited wall space on which to mount it. The first mount I bought was smaller, but only had two slots for screws to go into the stud. This mount had 4 screws and had generous room side-to-side in the bracket in order to center my tv. I found the first stud, drilled the hole and then just measured 16" for the second stud. Once that was drilled, the lower screws were easy to install as they just lined up with the upper ones. One minor glitch - the instructions show an extra washer between the spacer that attaches to the tv and the mounting bracket. Turns out it wasn't needed anyway. Locking tabs were easy to install once the tv was mounted. This is a very sturdy bracket and easy to use."
