We bought this to replace and update a lower line dishwasher that was only 2 1/2 years old that came with our house when we bought it because it just did not have the 3 racks and capacity for what we needed. Well, this has been a great purchase. It is very quiet with the sound insulating strips installed. Compared to our other one which you almost had to turn the TV up to overcome its noise from 15 feet away. I won't say it is completely quiet that you don't know it is running but very close to it. The adjustable middle rack is great, the lower rack for baking sheets (which my wife loves and is the biggest reason we purchased this model) is great. All of the other adjustable tines and utensil racks that can flip out of the way to make room for more items in the top rack is a bonus. Also the cutlery basket splits into two separate baskets so if you only need one it will hang on the middle rack to make for room for bigger items.
So basically, you can't go wrong with this dishwasher if what I have described above is what you are looking for.

What's great about it: Quiet, 3 racks, easy to use features and does the job right the first time!!
What's not so great: None found yet.

Brand new and loving it. Cleans very well. Love the 3 levels in it.
