We just use it for heating food, no cooking, per se. We had bought the 4-year protection plan, and the door latch broke 1 week before the 4 years were up. Took it in and got the exact same model, just paid $40 for a new 4 year plan

What's great about it: Even and precise cooking
What's not so great: nothing
I bought this as a replacement for my mother's 17 year old Panasonic microwave. She loves it! It is quick, precise heating and great for cooking. She is excited at 91 to be learning to use it to cook new recipes. I have used it myself. It is great!

What's great about it: Everything...design, features, speed

We recently replaced our microwave and after much research decided on this Panasonic. We wanted a new microwave with more wattage that still fit in the same area of counter space. This Panasonic fit the bill and we are thrilled with the speed and features. When I read the reviews before we made the purchase I noted that some people did not like the interior light not coming on when the door was opened. I think this is a plus and not a negative. If I need to clean the interior it is a simple matter, since I just turn on the overhead lights in the kitchen. I have found nothing negative about this microwave. The technical support was quick and efficient. I had a question regarding heating an item that I use in my wildlife rehabilitation and I received a prompt and knowledgeable answer.

Manual isn't written clearly. I can't figure out how to use the sensor cook. When trying to get service from Panasonic I was disappointed. I plan on returning this to Best Buy

What's great about it: size and power
What's not so great: sensory, timer/oven, light
You cannot use the timer if you are cooking something in the microwave. You cannot use the microwave if you are using the timer. The light does not come on when you open the door after microwaving something.

What's great about it: Easy to clean and was a great price
What's not so great: Could be just a bit bigger, but for the money it is fine.
I am very pleased with this microwave. It was affordable for us at the time and we would definitely buy from Best Buy again. They are very helpful in Mooresville, NC and very easy to deal with. I strongly recommend this Best Buy and this particular microwave.

What's great about it: Lots of features for a good price.
What's not so great: It is a little noisy but not bad.
This microwave oven looks great and is performing very well so far. We purchased it as a replacement for our old microwave about a month ago. It is very powerful and cooks much faster than our old microwave. The oven is spacious and the controls are easy to use. I especially like the Inverter technology and the Sensor reheat feature. So far, I am very pleased with this purchase.

Arrived two days after I ordered it in the store(out of stock there) in perfect condition. We use it several times a day. Powerful for it's size, easy to use and clean. Especially like sensor options...reheat and defrost.

What's great about it: the power!
What's not so great: I can't disable the annoying end of cycle chime
I spent some time checking out microwaves and for a 1.2 cu. ft. with 1300 watts of power, this is a nice unit. I mainly use it for defrosting or reheating things and it has done this well. I'm sure with it's power, cooking with it would be no problem.I will say that you do need to spend some time reading the instruction booklet to learn all of the fweatures

Had the same Panasonic model for 15+ years, so when it finally died I bought this one, which seems to be the same unit with updates.
After 1 month it is working great. No issues, easy to use, consistent cooking, nice price/value.

Purchased this Panasonic microwave based on some of the reviews which were good, and the features, including size and wattage. Unfortunately, that's where the positives stop. The microwave was returned less than a week later when the front button started to stick and wouldn't even open the door without assistance. Furthermore, the beeper/timer on this thing is very quiet, and the light does not light up except when cooking. The fact that it is ugly just made it one more reason to return it ASAP. I was willing to live with the aesthetics, but with the other much more major issues, this went back.

This is the second model that I have gotten of this micro. The last one lasted ten years and finally gave out after a lot of hard and frequent use. It is 1300 watts and heats very evenly and fast. I do not use all of the features, and it has a bunch, but even just using the basics, it beats the heck out of any other micro I have ever used.

What's great about it: Quiet and fast
What's not so great: Digital Display requires acurate angle for viewing
It works really well, and with enough power to get things done quickly. It has lots of space inside to fit anything - so far.
Only complaint is that when the clock is at eye level, the lit digits in the display are not as easily visible at this angle. A little higher than the oven, or when I stoop lower, then I can tell the time.

this is replacing a like panasonic model which smelled terrible after burning some microwave popcorn. the only flaw we see is that the handle is missing, replaced by a push button opener. we really liked the handle better!

Three years ago, I purchased a microwave by a competitor. It worked great, until the microwave turntable decided to periodically work.
After having a couple other appliances recently break down, I decided to also include a new microwave among my purchases. I read reviews of various models, except for any microwave made by the manufacturer of my old microwave - won't buy that brand again. After reading the reviews for the Panasonic microwave, I decided to try it.
I love my microwave! The inverter technology heats the food wonderfully, compared to my old model. There are two minor annoyances. The only food item that I've had to monitor in the microwave is popcorn - I don't let it sit until the microwave says it is done or the popcorn has burned. The only time it's annoying not having a light inside the microwave is when I clean the inside. Other than these two items, I'm thrilled to have a microwave that cooks the food thoroughly and evenly without any monitoring. If the microwave expires shortly after buying it, I'll post an update.

Only lasted for one month, then died. While it lasted, was very impressed with how fast it heated. Had to reduce cooking times by up to 50% from old microwave,

This is a solid, serviceable microwave oven. However, there is no light inside. Kind of an odd thing to leave off of a product like this. I thought that all microwave ovens had interior lights.
