"CS3 is amazing. Bought this last year and it was probably one of the best purchases I've ever made! SO MUCH POWER. Whether you're making a hi-res photo manipulation, or a 3000x3000 pixel digital painting, this program is always reliable for being able to provide the best possible tools you can get! For years I used Paint Shop Pro, and once I got my tablet that came with Elements 3.0 - I knew Photoshop was top of the line. Yes, for beginners PSP might work alright - but once you get a taste of CS3, you'll never want to go back to any other program. This program has everything, you can animate, draw, paint, manipulate, edit, retouch... endless possibilities. The great thing is that you can only learn more - it seems impossible to know everything on the program, little surprises here and there on what it can do are very pleasant! This IS a hardcore program, I do not recommend running this program for too long or letting it sit idle while you surf the net. My computer lags a tiny bit, not much, but enough to tell me to right-click, and quit. Never freezes, just be careful and use safety-saves. CS3 is the Ferrari of the software world - a ton of power! I suggest not having too many programs open with CS3 (My 3 are CS3, iTunes & an IMing program.) and you'll be just fine. I would recommend this to anyone with an interest in this! I have nothing but good things to say about CS3. Best. Program. Ever. ∞/5. [infinity]"

"This is honestly the best Image Manipulation Program ou there for the aspiring artist. Start out with your sloppy sketches, use your tablet with CS3, make smooth, neat lines, Color in your lineart with the paint tool, use as many layers as you want to add in shading and Highlighting, and slap a good old Gausian blur on it, and pally, you've got yourself a masterpiece!
CS3 makes drawing, editing, coloring, and shading/highlighting easy and fun!

"Much Improved RAW & Bridge convinced me to buy CS3. I had CS2 for my PC but I recently bought a 24" Imac and downloaded the trial version of CS3 to check it out. I was going to transfer my CS2 from PC to MAC but after seeing the vast improvements with ACR (Adobe Raw Converter) and Bridge, I was convinced to just keep my CS2 for PC and buy CS3 for my Mac. I haven't even explored all the automated processing improvements it has and it is so fast on my Imac as well. I have used Photoshop for about 6 years and still find more & more things I can do and continue to learn as I go. I also take some online classes at Better Photo dot com that are taught by professionals to get you up to speed quickly or teach you more in depth tools and applications."

"This is the most powerful Photoshop that Adobe has released yet. I had Photoshop CS2 and because of my photography hobby/business I decided to upgrade to Photoshop CS3.
The possibilities with Photoshop are endless, there are plug-ins that are available for purchase to further expand your possibilities and ease of editing.
This software is not easy for people just starting to use Photoshop. I would recommend purchasing a copy of Adobe Essentials to get used to a simpler form first, or if you really want Photoshop go to a bookstore and purchase manuals for Photoshop. Photoshop CS3 for dummies is helpful.
I would strongly recommend this program for anyone in the photography business or those in graphical design for school."

"There are so many things i can say about this program, but i think i can sum it all up in one simple sentence. "Best program on the planet, a must have for anyone needing to edit photography and or needing a slicer/dicer for web design. I reccommend to anyone, only downside is the price, but its really not that bad if you look at what it can do."
