What's great about it: best video quality and clarity
What's not so great: not compatibility with a mac
"We bought one of these at Best Buy store, and loved it so much that we purchased one online and had it sent to my son half way across our great country. Best Buy delivered it to him on time but alas, it was not compatible with his mac, big dissappointment.
We still love it, and thank goodness for Best Buy return policy."

What's great about it: Works like it should, plug it in an go.
What's not so great: Was a little pricey I think.
"Good camera. Works like a camera with a built in mic should. Clear picture, easy to use. Nothing to really get excited about, it's a web cam. Would have been a better buy at $40, instead of $80. I purchased online with the instore pick up."

What's great about it: Plug & Play, high resolution, adjustable to sit upon your pc or stand on the desk
What's not so great: n/a
"This is my first webcam, and am very pleased with this purchase. I had the camera hooked up and working within 5 min, and SKYPE'ing with the family a little while later. Resolution is great."

What's great about it: The setup was easy, not complicated
What's not so great: Nothing so far
"We purchased this webcam in order to conduct interviews; Although not as computer saavy as we'd like to be, the ease in set up, and the clarify were amazing. Very true-to-life, and being able to show documents as well as interview was great! We'd definitely recommend this model to everyone."

What's great about it: Easy to mount, easy to use, video quality is pretty good.
What's not so great: Sound quality could be better...
"I got this webcam for $79.99. I have only had it for a day and I already love it. Video quality looks very nice, sound quality is OK. Very easy to set up, I had it going in less than a few minutes. Also, very easy to mount. The thing I don't like, though, is that I cannot find an option to just save th pictures, you can view, upload to youtube, and delete, but I can't figure out how to save."

What's great about it: decent price, easy to setup
What's not so great: died after 65 days and crashed skype regularly
"Bought this product to use with Skype, but it seemed to have some compatibility issues. It crashed constantly and after 65 days of use, it simply stopped working. Can't recommend a camera with such a short life."

What's great about it: so easy to setup, crystal clear video/picture, built-in mic is outstanding
"I had been using the Logitech STX webcam for my videoing chatting (Windows Live Messenger, Skype and Logitech Vid) and had been reading some great reviews on the Webcam Pro 9000--so when BestBuy had it on sale I decided to buy one----and I'm so glad I did!!!! The Logitech Webcam Pro 9000 is by far the BEST webcam Logitech has produced so far!!!!!! I downloaded the software directly from the Logitech website because I wanted the latest software (instead of using the included CD) and was up and webcaming with family and friends in mere minutes!!!! In my opinion Logitech is the leader in webcams and I will only buy their products---the Pro 9000 is the top of the line product!!!!!"

What's great about it: Everything! Perfect performance right out of the box.
What's not so great: I'm a difficult consumer to please. This simple buy is a no-brainer.
"The Logitech WebCam Pro9000 is as advertised and then some. Very high quality optics and great sound quality mean decent transmission from your end every time.
I was looking for a combo camera & microphone for about $50 to $75. However, when I joined an audio-visual communication service I checked out their recommendations and this was the top-of-the-line. For just a few bucks more I was able to purchase it online for in store pick up the very next day. Go ahead and buy one. You will not be sorry!"

What's great about it: Easy to set up, adjusts automatically to existing light, good optics
"It does what it is supposed to do. One feature is good or bad, depending on your perspective. You can set the webcam to look for one or more faces. As you move, the camera automatically zooms in and out to keep you in the picture. Sometimes, it can be disconcerting. However, you can turn off this feature."

What's great about it: Easy setup on a Mac Pro - Just plug in and open iChat and you are on the air.
What's not so great: A little tricky to mount on some monitor tops. Not a big deal
"I was looking for a good resolution camera for my Mac Pro system which didn't have a built in camera in the monitor. Several less expensive cameras were tried but the setup was always more or less catch as catch can and then along came the Pro 9000. I have had great luck with Logitech gear and this was no exception. Unpacked it and plugged it in and that was that. Resolution is good and color looks great. Handles a variety of lighting conditions. Highly recommended."
