What's great about it: Good Price, Simplicity, Effective, Nice cuts
What's not so great: Coupons in envelopes sometimes get caught. Feels like motor would jam or burn if more than 5 pages of paper
"Good product for price. Used it primarly for home use to shred personal letters and mail. 1 - 4 pages seem to work the best. If more than 5 pages, it works but motor/blade seem to work hard and feel like it would jam. Large coupon envelopes jam but reversing the feed would free up. CD shredding works well (single CD). We are happy with the product and it does its job well. Cansister is big enough to hold shredded papers. Papers are shredded small bits and definitely can't put them back to a piece."

What's great about it: Shreds to tiny pieces for great security
What's not so great: Very Noisy
"As I haven't had the opportunity to use this much; I can not attest to its quality in lasting. It does shred to the tiniest pieces of any other shredder I have owned which I like; however, it is the loudest shredder I have ever owned or heard."

What's great about it: Shreds 10 pages at time, credit cards and receipts; doesn't over heat; great value
What's not so great: No complaints yet... if I find any, I'll post another review
"I've only had this shredder for one week, however, I have used it everyday since I bought it and the 10+ years of old bank statements,etc are a thing of the past.... I can't believe I'm getting rid of so much, so fast and so easy. I do find that I have to unplug it and clear the blades every so often, but I'd expect to do that with any shredder... especially with all the papers I'm feeding it. I read the reviews for all the shredders available at Best Buy and I am really glad I bought this one... the price is great, in fact after using it as much as I have, I would have paid more. I bought this online and picked it up at the store on the same day... what a great experience, I was in and out of the store in less than 5 minutes!"

What's not so great: Will not shred one regular paper without folding it in half, long ways
"This product was frustrating, It did not want to shred paper unless it was folded in hallf. Did not want to take paper into shredder. Opening is too small."

What's great about it: Shredding capability, and ability to work continuously for long periods of time
What's not so great: I sometimes have to manually clean paper shreds out the shredding mechanism
"This is an awesome crosscut paper shredder, especially for the price. It shreds up to 10 pages at a time and also shreds CD's, Credit Cards, staples and paper clips. It is a veritable workhorse. I 've had mine for almost 2 years and shred everything that has my name and/or address on it (or any other identifying information). When I cleaned out my file cabinet and old billing statements, etc, I had this shredder going for hours, and it was comparable to the Energizer Bunny. I would recommend it to anyone, and actually bought the one I'm reviewing for my sister as a Christmas present since I liked mine so much. If you're in the market for a crosscut shredder, this is the one!"

What's great about it: the product itself its great, has auto on off, safety features so u dont get ur hand cut,nice big bucket
What's not so great: havent found anything wrong yet
"It's a good product ,easy to use,really like the safety auto on off system 1. because the motor never over heats n it great for protecting against children putting their hands in. 2. because the first thing i put in the shredder was an old cd since alot of the reviews i read here said that they tried it and it did shred the cd but it took a lot of work and they didnt try it again. Well all i have to say is that the shredder has no problems cutting anything apart very good."

What's great about it: Does it's job
What's not so great: The price, I got it on sale but was worth what i paid for it.
"The product features a cross cut and is very efficient. It shreds documents that are folded; even my junk mail goes right through without opening. The shredder even can shred CD’s and credit cards.
It keeps running smooth and operates easily.
The only problem I have is that when I empty the shreds the little shreds go everywhere because some stay stuck to the bottom of the shredder. Easy quick clean up and I am finished.
I had a shredder a long time ago, when they used to be ALL reasonably priced, but now it seems because there is a demand for them, some shredders even go for more than what I am willing to pay for them. This product was on sale and was almost even too much for me to pay when it was on sale. But, I am glad I decided on this product though. It is worth every penny.
This product is great and would recommend it for personal use."

"Out last paper shredder would only take 3 sheets max (even though it said it could handle 5) and it did not cross shred the paper. This shredder can handle more pages at one time and the cross shredding results in less bulk."

"This is my 3rd shredder and it does everything it says it does. Shreds quietly (humming noise - no grinding). It sucks up CDs, multiple pieces of paper and credit cards. Didn't stick once!!"

What's great about it: It cross cuts instead of long strips. Strips are only1 inche long by about 1/8 inch wide
What's not so great: Cannot find anything as of yet.

What's great about it: It worked for like 2 days.
What's not so great: After 2 days it jammed.
"I had read the reviews and most people gave it great ratings. As for me if I could give something less than a star, I would. It worked great for a couple of days. We use it for home use to shred bills, bank statements. Nothing heavy duty and we definitely did not put in more than 4 sheets of paper at a time. After 2 days, it jammed, tried cleaning out the bits in the shredder, and even when we got 95% of the paper bits that got stuck in it, it still wouldn't shred anymore... dead... gone... kapoot! What a disappointment. Stay away from this junk!"

"Got this for my wifes office. Shreds the paper in very thin strips, which is great. I have not used it to shred credit cards. Not excessivly noisy and doesn't take up a lot of room."

What's great about it: Nothing.
What's not so great: Received with broken switch. Will not shred either.
"I ordered this as a Christmas gift. We tried to use it but the switch is broken. The shredder won't take any paper either. Now I bet I will only be credited for the price and not the money I paid for tax and shipping. Will not order this model again and anything else I need to purchase will be done so in store."
