What's great about it: Clarity of the calls
What's not so great: A bit expensive...but worth it
I needed a bluetooth device as I commute 105 miles round trip each day to work, and I hate to have anyting in or on my ear. The Parrott bluetooth is awesome! My calls are very easy for me to hear, and the person I am talking to does not hear any road or car noise at all! It is easy to use, and well worth the price of the unit and installation!
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: Easy to set up and use, great price after free installation
What's not so great: Nothing so far...
All I wanted was a simple, hands-free system that would easily pair with my Blackberry and push phone calls through my stereo system, muting the system during the calls. This does all that and much more, easily syncing with my phone's contact list and enabling voice commands so I don't have to touch the device at all. All I say is "Phone" then a contact's name that I have entered into the voice command menu, and the Parrot dials the number after confirming the contact name. Combine all of this with free installation (other than a good tip for a great job by the installer) at Best Buy and you can't beat this for an after-market hands-free system.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: Ease of use
What's not so great: Need professional installation
This is GREAT. I got it for Christmas and love it. I set it for auto answer and never have to push a button. You do not have to shout, and the quality throught the speakers is good. I am on the roead about 5 ours a day, so this is invaluable. No more crinks in my neck or sore ears from the ear pieces. I would reccomend this to anyone that is on the raod a lot.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: Hands Free, Voice Recog, Address Book/Caller ID
What's not so great: Installation required (did mine myself)
I have been wanting one these for a long time now. Now that NJ has the 'hands-free' law while driving, I figured it's time to get it. I ordered the wiring harness online for about $40. I would not have attempted to install this without the harness. (wire splicing involved if you don't get the harness, not to mention troubleshooting which wire is what in your vehicle). Not a huge deal, but I wanted to keep my factory wiring intact.
There are a lot of people out there that say installing this is VERY complicated. Truth is, if you have installed a car stereo before, you can install this. With the harness, it really is that simple. Mine went into a 2008 Honda Fit.
As far as function and performance, I can't complain at all. My LG phone paired and synced with the CK3100 no problem.
My address book shows up and I simply spent a few minutes loading in the Voice Prompts. Only quirk was I had the voice recog accidentally pick up the phone while talking to a passenger in the car. I must have said something that sounded like one of the 'trigger' words.
Other than that...it rocks!

Before buying this product I have used motorolla ear piece which was fine but for Parrot, all you need is to take care of the settings with your phone and violla. Every time you start your car, Parrot automatically searches for your phone wherever it is (pocket, bag etc) and the moment you receive a call it will connect you to the speaker. I love the convenience which is unbeatable. Make sure that you install it professionally unless you really know what you are doing. It is not as easy as you think. Best buy tech took full two hours. Speaker sound quality is not the best but as good as it can get. I am desperately waiting for the next best buy promotion in which they will add free professional installation in the same price for my wife.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: Easy to use, Great sound quality.
My husband and I each purchased the Parrot for our cars...and we love it! It is so easy to use and the sound quality is great! It syncs with our phone book which makes it really easy to make a call or anwer an incoming call while you are driving. It even has voice activated calling. Make sure your phone is compatable before you buy...check to the Parrot website.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: Hands Free Totally!!!
What's not so great: Unless you know electronics, recommend pro installation
I bought this on the recommendation of reviews and Best Buy Reps. My husband loves it. Best Buy installers walked me through the procedures and practiced. Easy to use! Checked compability on Parrot site and my phone wasn't on there, but read other similiar phone and followed same steps and now my phone can be added to compatibility (i580 motorola). You can't go wrong with this product, especially with the new laws of using hands free devices! Sound is good and others say it is clear! If you buy, you won't be disappointed! 4 Stars only because of installation!!

Due to the new California Vehicle law coming in July 1,2008 all driver must use Hands-Free Devices must be used while driving. I bought it for my wife and i. it took them little bit under an hour to install it to my vehicle. It works great. The sound quility is good, its very easily to pair your phones to the parrot.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: Idiot proof, once installed!
What's not so great: Can not go in every car according to installers (Best Buy)
I love the Parrot. My origional plan was to install in my company car so that I could concentrate on driving when on the phone, my company car is a 2008 Pontiac Vibe (Toyota Matrix, Corolla) and after the install shop had the car for eight (8) hours they told me that that due to GM's new set up the car would not support the Parrot Device. Had to do with how the system works thru the radio and such. Had it put in my personal car and couldnt be happier. Complete access to my entire phone to include my phone book and contacts list. Also this is the only device like this that I found that has the caller ID function added so I dont have to answer if I dont want to. Recomend this to anyone! But make sure to have it professionally installed and expect to pay quite a bit more money to have it installed. It cost me more to have it installed in my 2004 explorer then the Parrot actually cost.
I would recommend this to a friend!
