What's great about it: Compact, good safety features, relatively quiet
What's not so great: Oscillation seems to only work at higher temperature settings
Some other reviewers have noted that they believe the cord for this heater is "small" or short. It should be noted that the cord is almost 6 feet in length, but comes wrapped away in a storage area under the heater (someone had to show me, when I complained about the short cord..ha). You simply unwrap the cord from the storage area to get as much cord as you need. The heater is compact (used in an office environment), a nice black color that doesn't stand out, has all of the required safety features (auto-shut off upon tipping). It has a nice thermostat that allows the unit to cycle on/off to maintain a certain temperature range. It appears that the oscillation feature only works in the higher temperature ranges, i.e. above 75 degrees (not sure why). It is a relatively quiet heater (I can actually talk on the phone without having to turn it off, which is a huge improvement over my previous heater. So a nice heater at a great price. I would recommend.

What's great about it: Oscillating feature and ability to change heat temp settings.
It's awesome-it can oscillate, you can change the heat settings, it blows air vs just 'heating' the area. Simple, great price.

What's great about it: Heat comes out, easy functionality, compact
What's not so great: Pinging noise, options for temperature control
I bought this a month ago. It works really well to help heat a small tv room my kids play in. But, it makes a horrible pinging noise when it starts up for five seconds. I am not sure how long it will continue to work, as the noise makes it seem unlikely it will last much past this winter.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What's great about it: heats well, quiet
What's not so great: Small cord
We got it for our living room, our apartment is freezing in the morning. It seems about 15 minutes later that the room becomes comfortable. For a low price, it's a pretty good heater. It's also very quiet, which I love. The only thing I don't like is the small cord. I had to move things around the room to find a good place for it. It says don't use with an extension cord, so I didn't want to risk it and just found a wall outlet. But it's still good, gets the job done.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: gets job done
What's not so great: small power cord
Using it for kids room that is a pretty good size ( living room size). It keeps room warm, automatic shut off. Very quiet. The only thing I did not like about it is the small power cord.

What's not so great: Tends to pop the circuit breakers
This is good for a bathroom when you want a little more warmth when getting in the shower or tub but don't want to turn the heat up for the whole house.

What's great about it: Oscillating feature, Can set to Temp, Sturdy and Good Price.
What's not so great: Have not found any negatives yet.
I've only had this heater a few weeks but so far I am very impressed. We have 2 small children so the Cool Touch was a must. This little heater packs alot for it's size and it's cost. I live in a two bedroom appartment and we have alot of furniture along the walls to give us and the children as much space as posible. Well this blocks many of the appartments base board heaters and the base boards get too hot anyway with the children to be near them so we use three space heaters to compensate. This was our third and at first I was concerned about the size but it puts off plenty of heat for our livingroom and I think the oscillating feature along with our ceiling fan help to spread the heat well. Other features that I really like that you often don't find in small heaters are:
1. Can set temp to within 5 digrees.
2. It tells you what the actual temp is within 5 digrees.
3. Has both Frostwatch and High setting features.
Also I like that the heater feels sturdy and well made. Impressed for the price.

What's great about it: Energy efficient, not loud, warms up fast
What's not so great: Switching to High Heat doesn't make it energy efficient
I bought this heater to keep warm in my frigid office. I keep the heater under my desk and it heats up the space very well. I like the oscilating feature because it distributes the heat evenly so you don't get too hot. I am considering buying another one for my downstairs livingroom to help with heating costs.

What's great about it: All the safety bells and whistles, oscillates, multiple temperature settings
What's not so great: It's a bit ackward looking
I purchased 10 of these for an office environment as existing models lacked tip over protection and the local fire marshall requires it. Thus far they've performed flawlessly so i'm ordering another 14 tonight. They're quiet, have temperature control in 5 degree increments and offer oscillation control. My only complaint is they look a bit odd but being they're black in color they blend into the background fairly easy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: The selections of levels of heating. They work well and you can choose anything from keeping the edge off a room to hot
What's not so great: The oscillating switch stopped working after 4 days. I can't turn it off
The heater works well and regulates the temprature well at the level selected. No problems with the heating. But the oscillating switch stopped working in 4 days. I bought 2 heaters. With one, there has not been this problem but with the other the oscillating switch is "stuck" on and the only way to stop that is to unplug the heater. I will keep it because it works well, but a switch should not be so poorly made.

What's great about it: It actually works

I have to say that this model sure gives you your money's worth, it looks a bit awkwardly large in the box but is quite space efficient when opened. Its' oscillating feature is a bonus that spreads the heat evenly and quickly through out the room it is in, and it's sensor at keeping the room at desired temp. is quite comforting. I must add it a nice lil heater with all the modern bling to keep ypu happy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
