What's great about it: 3.5 LCD,Auto pic when smile,Touch screen,Great pic
What's not so great: Red eye on low light shots,Hard to find with touch screen.
"My daughter Destinee had fun with the Sony. She loves this camera because it can take it's own pic when you smile in front of the camera. Pic is really nice too. But lots of 8 megapixels can take great pics now. Had a few of red eye pics with my son and daughter. And sony software CD couldn't fix the red eye problem. Recommend Panasonic DMC-FX55. Hundred dollar cheaper. Easy to use function. Good grip- won't find hand in front of pic. Has iA. Use auto in low light and pic was o.k. but when use iA pic back ground was much brighter. not a touch screen and doesn't detect smile. but can detect up to 15 people for shot. I use the Panasonic because it's a ready for anything camera. Sony is hi tech and nice but the function has too much steps. Couldn't get my camera ready when my son was sliding down the ice."

What's great about it: Amazing Macro Mode; Extreamly good ISO
What's not so great: battery life not as long as i would like
"This is an amazing camera. Well worth the money! The features on the T-200 are amazing. A really cool thing i personaly like to use a lot is the magnifiying macro mode, with the flash on the pictures come out looking amazing! The SL-flash is amazing for night pictures. The touch screen is really cool. The camera is pretty much self explanitory & simple."

BAD INDOOR SHOTS!!!

What's great about it: Giant screen, ease of use, looks great

"I'm sorry, but this camera has too many positive reviews for what it is. I wouldn't consider myself a pro photographer by any means, but I do know enough to tell when I see a bad picture.
Positives: It's a great looking camera, with a huge touch screen, and probably takes decent outdoor shots. The menus are easy to navigate, and I love how it doesn't have a retractable lens.
Cons: TERRIBLE INDOOR SHOTS! I read reviews on other sites and thought maybe they just had terrible luck or were taking shots with all the lights off. But when I received the camera, I could confirm that all the negative comments about this camera are true. I took multiple pictures in my room with the light on, and ALL pictures turned out grainy. Even when setting it to Program mode and adjusting the ISO to the lowest setting, it would still produce mediocre pictures. The next morning, I continued playing with the camera settings some more, hoping that maybe the quality would improve with a little more light, but NOPE, even with window blinds open, there was was noticeable noise. Probably can't tell if all you're doing is 4x6 prints, but very obvious as soon as you load it into your computer and view it full screen.
Just for comparison, I pulled out my 4 year old Canon Powershot s410 (no IS on this camera) and was able to pull off clean shots easily. I didn't even have to leave the full auto mode to get shots better than what appeared from the Sony.
My 2 cents: This camera is horrible for being a point and shoot. I think most people who buy this camera would use it to take a majority of their shots indoors (friends/family/group pictures). And unless you could obtain perfect conditions, don't expect a good shot with this camera.
If you're considering this camera, ask the sales employee to see if you could bring the camera to a darker room (the Magnolia show room, if your BB has one) and take a shot in there. Zoom in on the picture you just took, and you'll see what I'm talking about."

What's great about it: Slim, sleek, light weight, 5X zoom, large screen
What's not so great: No value for money
"This camera is priced heavily, near to SLRs, but I do not find that much value for money. Advanced features like smile shutter, anti blurr etc are good but image quality is not something really great.
Inconviniently placed hook on one side of the camera is troublesome.
All touch screen functions requires extra care for your fingers so that screen remains clean, otherwise it is very easy to see impressions of dust and dirt.
T70 has almost same features apart from screen size and 5x zoom, but it is priced 100 dollars less.
I will recommend to go for T70 rather than T200"

What's great about it: Best Macro, Stabilization, and Photo crispness for 2007
What's not so great: Touch Screen buttons occassionally stick; price of camera & components; Need to read manual
"I have used and sold many cameras over the past couple years, and by far this camera has one of the best macros and stabilization settings on the retail market at this time. It's pricey and the accessories (cases, memory sticks, batteries, etc.) aren't any cheaper than the camera...but if you can afford it, I can't recommend a better slim line camera. It has amazing zoom and close macros...that utilize every pixel to it's absolute shade, tone, and depth. I also call it a smart cam...because it is able to predict almost perfectly when you need to use a flash and it detects and frames perfectly specific objects you are placing focus. And the stabilization is amazing...it really minimizes hand shake both at a distance and macro level...and I mean excessive movement...I like to test stabilization systems by rolling the camera about in the air with a sudden shoot...and it 9/10 times comes out crisp. The major draw back to this camera is the touch-screen interface...only because it can sometimes be difficult to get use to and occasionally the buttons stick...especially on areas of the screen that are used excessively (i.e. trash bucket for deleting photos and the menu buttons)...so definitely get the service plan on this camera...only because touch-screen technology isn't where it should be yet (not all the kinks are worked out) and it would be such a shame to invest close to $400+ and lose the camera's functionality."

"this camera is absolutely the best. The price is high..but it's all worth it. The LCD touchscreen is huge and it works very well. For people who don't want to use their fingers, a stylus pen comes included with the camera. All the features in this camera are great. Coolest thing i've ever bought."

"I love this camera so much. It takes the best pictures ever. I have a 2 month old little girl and the "smile shutter" makes it easy to catch her cute, yet quick, smiles everytime. The pictures are very clear and adjust to any lighting. I can't stop taking pictures because I am so in love with it! It's worth the money thats for sure. What's great about it: Very compact camera, Easy to carry and use.

What's great about it: Excellent photos under all conditions. Great low light photos. Clear crisp color. Small and easy to put in your pocket.
What's not so great: Touch screen easy to smuge
"I think this is the best camera I have ever owned. So small but loaded with features that aren't even mentioned. It's a great camera to take along when you don't want to be loaded with equipment, yet it rivals most large cameras. The touch screen works like a charm! Photos are very easy to transfer to you PC & easy to print. An additional battery and memory card really help to expand it's capabilities. The camera is well worth the money.
The only negatives I can find is:
1. The touch screen is easy to smudge.
2. It's a little hard to see the screen in bright daylight
which is typical."
