What's great about it: Small, Light, Bright Screen, Great Sound, Easy to Use
What's not so great: None So Far
"This is my first MP3 player and I must say I am very impressed by this player. It's so light and slim and the sound from the supplied earbuds are fantastic. Very clear and not soft at all. My original purchase was for a friend but I ended up getting one for myself too! It is so easy to transfer songs from PC to the player and photos appear crisp and clear too. Haven't tried transferring video clips yet. But will try with the software provided."

What's great about it: Ease of use, nice features for not a lot of money
What's not so great: Not the greatest sound
"My last MP3 was a Dell DJ 20 gig hard drive player. Not bad, it lasted 3 years, but, it was too heavy to carry around with ease. Decided to step down a bit this time. Compared features on comparable sized flash drive players, iPod, Zune, Sansdisk, etc. This one has nice features for the price, including bluetooth, video, photo, fm tuner (have to use wired headphones as an antenna, however) and the feature I really liked, it was Audible compatible, allowing you to listen to audiobooks and navigate through chapters, keeping audiobook content separate from music content. As a music player, it doesn't have the greatest sound, but, it's not bad, either. You can use custom settings in the equalizer, which helps. Has all the things I look for in a music player, playlists, shuffle, can navigate to an artist or album, shows cover art. The bundled Best Buy/Rhapsody software is just ok, but, you can also use it with Yahoo Launchcast, Media player, browse it as a drive on a PC, etc. I also like that there is not much proprietary about it, industry standard USB cable, phono plug and file types. At 2/3 the cost of most 4 gig flash players, it has, so far, been worth the cost, even though not a big "name" brand."
