What's great about it: Very reliable, extremely fast printer, great scanner
What's not so great: Toner a bit pricey but... standard drum lasts quite a long time.

"As I said before this product is quite the workhorse. I am a small business owner. In my business I facilitate real estate closings and can sometimes print close to 10,000 pages per month. This printer easily handles that capacity without complaint. I could not touch a lot of high end inkjet printers for what I paid for this all in one laser jet. This has every feature my small business needs to survive. Bottom line: Small business owners owe it to themselves to take a serious look at this machine... buy it."

Best Purchase Ever 08/18/2008

What's great about it: Fast Startup and Printing
What's not so great: Black and white, no network connection

"I'm amaze how fast this printer startup for a laser, turn it on and it prints. I have not experienced a paper jam on the printer and scanner. For those people thinking of buying an inkjet, don't!!! You'll pay for it in the long run, by buying ink constantly and replacing the printer itself."
