"This is one of the most comfortable to use keyboards I've ever had, and I loved it at first. But I thought I would last more than 9 months. The spacebar started sticking even a few months earlier. I had to remove the metal guide under it to get it work at all. Now half of my keystrokes don't always appear. It also stops working and I have to hit the reset button 3 or 4 times a night. New batteries didn't fix the issue. The mouse still works fine.
My biggest gripe, though, is seems to interfere with the wireless signal of my PS3 in the adjacent room. In this battle, the PS3 will win."

"I have had this keyboard and mouse for about 3 weeks now and I like it alot. The curve design is slight but very effective, I was having pain in my elbows and shoulders so I was looking to help that because I work at the keyboard for many hours in a day. It has helped with my pain. It took a few days to get used to the positioning of the keys, slightly different from a straight keyboard, but I'm past that now. The mouse is very light and I like that, again less stress on hands, arms & shoulders. So far, no problems with technical or mechanical. Easy to install and start using."

"The SetPoint 4.80 software will not work. I use Vista 32 bit software. Setpoint Changes graphics from 32 bit to 8 bit everytime system is booted. Even downloaded from Logitech website with 32 bit installation, had same problem. Returned product as their support system could not help me. Purchased Microsoft 7000 wireless and it works like a charm. Just used disk and nothing else had to be done. Logitech has a great product but terrible software."

"I bought this keyboard on sale.... I am the kind of guy that can live with a $20 mouse and keyboard combo and usually would never spend higher on it.
But when I compared features features and pricing... I couldn't pass it up. Many places sell the (same) mouse alone for $79! So not only is getting the combo for $79 MSRP a good deal, but any sale on top of it is a STEAL! Buy this now... your computing hands will thank you!"

"I have Vista 64. This combo worked as soon as I plugged in the mini receiver and activated the mouse and keyboard. I was lovin' it immediately, as was my body, no more typing on a tiny laptop with my shoulders scrunched up. HOWEVER, I went on to install the Logitech software as instructed and cannot get it to install. Not sure if it is Logitech or MS, I think it is both. The software seems unnecessary to get it to function with the basics, but if you are interested in changing any of the features or the way all of the special buttons work you would need the software. I'm trying to decide if I am going to return it. It works now, but I am worried about having issues later that require the software and then what?
I haven't called Logitech yet, but I might. Their online support seems lax from everything I've read elsewhere and thus far no one has responded to my post on their forum. I've turned off my anti-virus software and enabled the psuedo Vista admin and it still won't finish the install. Now it says that a file is missing. So different error,but still no resolution.
So if you don't need any fancy features this might be the combo for you. If you want access to change the functionality you might not be able too. Especially if you are using VIsta. Glad I got this $20 off. Not sure the hassle is worth the $$ I saved."

"I bought this combo because i have computer connected to lcd tv and i dont like cords running accross the room. My couch sits about 6-7 ft away from computer but is directly in front of where I sit. The keyboard works with no problems from this distance but the mouse has connection issues. If you move the mouse jst 2 ft closer it works great. Do not buy this combo if you sit more than 5 ft away from computer. Another issue with the mouse is that the right button on the side sits under my finger and i'm always clicking it accidently when i move the mouse."

"I like this combo so much that I just got finished buying a second one for my wife's PC. Her MS combo was a hand me down from me and it was worn out.
We are both running X64 systems. Hers is Vista and mine is Win 7. Software works perfectly on both.
First, the keyboard. I love the buttons on the keyboard and how quiet they are. It is also very responsive and I find I do not have to really bang on the keys to type.
Second, the mouse. This mouse is very generic in that it should fit both left and right handed perople comfortably. This is important to me as I am left handed. Like the keyboard it is very responsive and I find that it glides over the mouse pad.
The problem I have with the software, and I found this on both mine and my wife's during install, is that while loading it asks if you want to check for updates. It comes back and reports there aren't any, then goes and finishes the install. Once installed and running on its own (disk out of drive), the software provides a popup and tells you there is an update.
Once saying OK to update, the software comes back and tells you to end the processes before the install can continue. Go into Task Manager and end both Logitech processes. Then unplug the receiver. Once done, the install continues and then you are asked to plug in the receiver again to finish.
Trust me, the above takes all of a few minutes and the rewards of having a wonderful mouse and keyboard are well worth the effort. I just thought I would write about it because I find it a tad weird.
Its a good buy!"

"My sister has Carpel Tunnel Syndrome and has been searching for a keyboard and mouse that could give her some relief.
That being said, I took it on myself to pick this up for her to see if it offered that relief when she was typing, and to my surprise; IT DID!
The technology behind the undulating WAVE of the keys seems to have been designed for people with this problem because she claims that her fingers aren't as "tired" after a session online or doing her email. They keys are a little wider than on other keyboards and she appreciated the softer feel of the keys.
The ergonomic mouse is small but full featured, and the laser is responsive. Coupled with a good wrist pad this is more of a comfort to her; so she is pleased.
Although this combo is NOT my cup of tea, it does have a place in the market for those who have a difficulty at the keys, so KUDOS TO LOGITECH for addressing the needs of some in the market.
We have had no problem with the wireless range that some have reported. I believe that the trick is to have an UNOBSTRUCTED L.O.S. to the unit. We placed it on her printer stand to the right of the keyboard and mouse (approx 4 feet) and so far so good. That might be the answer to those who have complained about the range issue, or not; but it worked for her; so alls well that ends well."

"I bought this keyboard to use in my bedroom, as my desktop is hooked up to my TV, and I sit on my bed when I use my PC. I am only sitting about 6-7 feet away from where my desktop is located. The keyboard and mouse won't respond unless I am within 2 feet of the usb adapter, and even then, it seems like line of sight is an issue. I plan on returning this keyboard and trying out a bluetooth keyboard. This product will work well at a desk, but if you want to sit on a couch or bed, try something else."

"I have just Microsoft keyboards and mice in the past,which would break down in a year or so.Lately I bought a Microsoft Natural 6000 mouse for my Microsoft 6000v3 keyboard and it was not completely compatible with the Vista system . I bought this Logitech Wave after reading lots of reviews on different merchants web sites. All the problems just disappeared,which were PC won't sleep, screen saver wouldn't work,scoll wheel on mouse very erratic, and scoll bar on page have a mind of it's own.Plus there's a 5 year warranty."

What's great about it: Smooth action of the keys and mouse great features, ergonomic design What's not so great: Laser mouse on certain surfaces doesn't pickup the movement, features on keyboard could be placed better (subjective)
"Overall the mouse and keyboard are great. Logitech should make connection distance more practical (increase the range distance) instead of using a 5-6 ft wire. The mouse on some surfaces does not register the laser thus making it hard to use. Logitech also should give more option/customizing control with the mouse and keyboard. Some features/buttons should be place differently for practical use. For example the calculator is placed right next to the sleep button and the both are small and close together. Yes, I have put the computer to sleep when trying to do a bit of math. I guess I should use my head more! I am well please with this product"
