I absolutely love this blender!!

What's great about it: Functions and perfect for two people
What's not so great: Even though it completely comes apart to wash there is a downside.
"This is by far the best blender I have ever used. Very powerful and will chop up anything. The food processor is great as well. I blend every morning for my wife and I. I make smoothies mostly but works perfect. Chops everything with ease and the motor doesn't hesitate or anything. The cons might be that it's to loud for some people or that it doesn't hold enough for larger parties, but overall it's perfect for how I use it. The only downside is that it comes completely a part for easy washing. Which is perfect except recently the seal on the bottom of mine fell off of the glass pitcher. I went to put it back together and it's not sealing correctly so liquid is coming out of the sides. So I might either have to get a new seal or buy a new blender. Which I'm really bummed about because I love this thing. I also have to check to see if it's still under warranty. So we'll see, but still overall great for everyday 2 person blending."

What's great about it: It's Cuisinart, does what it claims, looks great, powerful, etc.
What's not so great: Nothing so far
"I got tired of buying throw away blender food processors. They either under preformed or broke very quickly. I haven't used it much but I can see it getting used a lot in the near future."

What's great about it: Less to store, two appliances in one
What's not so great: The processor could be larger
"It is really great for when you want to do two things at once like make enchiladas with margaritas. I wish the base came in stainless steel, but this is pretty easy to keep clean with Clorox wipes. The food processor is pretty loud."

What's great about it: blends well, easy to use.
What's not so great: no pre-programmed settings
"The smartpower is an all around strong choice for a blender and, for me, was a handy bonus as a food processor. It makes great smoothies, and blends well. My only request would be that it has some pre-programmed modes that allow it to stop and start to settle the ice when it first starts to blend, then you don't have to pulse or try and rearrange the ice. I'm very happy with this appliance and would recommend it without reservation."

What's great about it: NOT BULKY GREAT FOR EVERYTHING
"THE FIRST TIME I SAW IT ONLINE I SAID TO MYSELF I HAVE TO HAVE IT. I WENT TO THE STORE AND I SAW IT IN FRONT OF ME I DIDNT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT TWICE IT WAS LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT. I USE IT FOR ALMOST EVERY DISH THAT I MAKE AND IT JUST MAKES MIRACLES HAPPEN. MY FOOD EVEN LOOKS AND TASTE WAY BETTER NOT THAT I DIDNT ..LOL"

What's great about it: Quick & Easy All Around Use
What's not so great: None - unless looking for large family or crowd capacity.
"Size is what will keep you pulling this one out of the cabinet versus larger capacity food processors. Especially when smaller amounts are needed and you've come to loath dragging out weighty bases and cleaning up larger containers and parts afterward.
The blender attachment, is a great feature - a definite space saver - very EZ for summer smoothies, and breakfast drinks.
The food processor's ability to not only chop, but to shred and slice, surpasses smaller processors ONLY designed to chop and dice. The pulse feature, at any speed, is also a plus. 40oz = 5 cups: meaning enough for (many) average recipes and projects. This machine means less work, more time, and motivation to pamper your own health!"

"its the best for making baby food. great for making drinks then slicing veggies without a clean up between. not to large.so you cant make alot of drinks at once."

"Small but powerful. If you're a serious kitchen freak, this may leave you wanting more. But that only goes for capacity. In terms of performance and ease of use and assembly, this dynamo is so good it's downright scary.
The button selections are clear, nicely placed and generously sized for so small an appliance. The motor performance is pretty exciting and the result... perfect processing for all of your kitchen needs.
All that, and it's relatively cheap. Perfect for the apartment-dwelling single or the aspiring chef."
