What's great about it: Has memory, great graphics and great games
What's not so great: none

"I think that this is the console to buy. I just love playing it. there are so many addicting games with great graphics. I also love playing live with other people around the world. There are so many things you can do besides play games too. You can look at pictures, listen to music, watch movies, and so much more. This console will not dissapoint you if you buy it."

"This consol is great because of all the awsome things about it. It's graphis are the best I have ever seen. It has all the best games for it Sports, Shooting,and everything elso. I have played other consols like the Wii and PS3 and this is the best yet to be built."

"I bought my 360 on the realese day in 2005 and play it almost daily. Today however it decided it was going to stop working. It had a pretty good run though and i am happy i bought it."

What's great about it: Graphics, Games, Xbox Live

"I got this late last year (November/December). I have a Wii and this 360. I love the Wii for family games, but I love the 360 for more mature/hardcore games. So that you have a feel for the games I like on 360, they are Mass Effect, Halo 3, Ace Combat 6, Gears of War, Lost Planet - probably in that order. The graphics are very good - we have the HDMI output to a hi-def TV. The wireless controllers work great, Xbox Live service is really cool for downloading demos of games, extra content, etc. The only negative in my opinion is the noise. The fans and the spinning disc are loud - much lounder than my Wii or previous Xbox 1 system, and lounder than the PS3 I played. And I worry about the longevity of the system given all the failure reports, but I chose NOT to buy th extended warranty. Bottom line is I would recommend this system to anyone who likes the games - to me, it's all about the games."

"Don't buy this system, and I'll explain why. Tell me why you would want a system that charges for internet? Why would you want a system that will break after the warranty expires? Why would you? The PS3 is the best buy. Sony is a trustworthy brand and has free Wi-Fi built into the system. To make a long story short, don't waste your money on a XBOX 360, if you want to spend your money for a system then get the PS3; you won't be disapointed."

What's great about it: wireless
What's not so great: minor things

"thsi was something i'm really happy i put my money towards. i like the fact that this system is compatable with anythin that is wireless. it makes everythig so much easier. i had a ps2 before this and my brother took it to college. so this was my substitute. i love halo and xbox live rocks there are a few bad things. i dont like that i have to pay for live if it was free that would be better but its good quality and ps3 couldnt match that unless they charged. i didnt like that the controller didnt come with the rechargable battery pack but i love this system. i would recomend it over any other out there right now"

Better Than the PS3 02/21/2008

What's great about it: Solid library of game from a variety of genres, great graphics, good online system, good controller
What's not so great: No built in online adapter, some hardware glitches

"The Xbox 360 is a very good console. It has a wide variety of great games ranging from sports and family games to hardcore shooters and RPGs. Some notable titles are Call of Duty 4, Bioshock, Rock Band, and Gears of War. The graphics and sound quality of its games are great, and almost all of them support 1080i HD, and Dolby surround sound, creating an immersive experience. The controller feels very good in your hands and has a well spaced button layout. Xbox Live is a very well developed online system with an easy to navigate interface and reliable connection. You can also download game demos for free online.
Some demerits would be that there is no online adapter built into the system as with the Wii and the Playstation 3. You can buy one, but its cost is quite steep, but still worth it. Also, many 360s have suffered hardware bugs, causing the system to have to be shipped off for repair.
All in all, the Xbox 360 is a great system and if you don't have one, you probably should."

What's great about it: Great title of games, in game voice, messenger.
What's not so great: red lights, freezes, customer service, online fee, and not long lasting.

"I'm not a fan boy of any system! Now that I got that out of the way. The xbox 360 has it's Pros and Cons (mostly). I think the system was rushed and Microsoft didn't really put forth the effort in making a great console. Pros: 360 has some great titles, Madden 08, NHL 08, Smackdown Vs Raw 2008, Halo 3, Call Of Duty 4, Oblivion, The Orange Box, Eternal Sonata, Overlord, Blue Dragon, Conan, Naruto: Rise of a Ninja, Kane & Lynch just to name a few. In game voice for 360 is awesome, and now you could keep in touch with your friends through MSN. Cons: For an example, the red lights for most people happens when the system gets overheated hint playing for a long time or leaving it on (sucks for hardcore gamers). The system does freeze from time to time, customer service is a joke, you have to pay $30-$50 bucks a year just for getting online, and the system isn't long lasting. I'm on my 3rd console! If I where you I wouldn't buy this "great system", unless you have the money to keep buying content, expanding your warranty, and buying accessories. The xbox 360 is a gold digger."

"Yes the red rings of death is a pain, but customer support for MS was excellent, to skip the procedure get the replacement plan for 60 bucks, totally worth it. I took mine back and got the arcade which had an hdmi port in the back so I got an upgraded 360, so it all worked out."

"I do believe that the xbox is a very worthy machine to buy. In comparison to the PS3 it has almost as powerful graphics for a couple hundred dollars less. The one giant plus about it is that Microsoft is backing it, so there is sure to be many quality games that are produced for it."

What's great about it: Xbox Live, Custom Soundtracks, Amazing Game Library
What's not so great: Overheats if not kept cool with an external fan

"The Xbox 360 is perhaps the best console ever made albeit a few minor issues. You gotta keep this thing cooled with an external fan otherwise the xbox will freeze. On to the good side now. First off it has Xbox Live. Xbox Live isn't just online multiplayer, it's an entire online community. You can keep in touch with all your friends easily with the Xbox Guide. There's simply millions of things you can download through the Xbox Live Marketplace, such as movie rentals, game content, game trailers, TV shows, music videos, and original xbox games. Next the Xbox 360 has the best game library out there. There's amazing games like Halo 3, Mass Effect, Gears of War, and Forza Motorsport 2. You can wirelessly stream music, pictures, and videos from your computer to the Xbox 360 adding more to do (yes it has divx compatibility). You can also get true 1080p picture as well. Simply put the Xbox 360 is the best console i've ever purchased"

"I think that the xbox 360 is one of the best systems out right now don’t get me wrong the 360 does has it problems but you should get the 2 year replacement plan that goes with it. That has saved me so many times and it worth the extra 50 $ I think. What would you rather do wait for a new 360 from Microsoft it takes about 2 mounts to get it back or get a new one that day from best buy that day the 360 has online play with every one around the world and the graphics are amazing. You can go to the 360s dashboard and rent moves and buy game extras and have privet chats with people or video chats to. I hope you like this review of the 360.

ps there are so many grate games out for the 360"

What's great about it: $350 price
What's not so great: Not top resolution quality. Does not include WIFI

"I am very disappointed with this purchase. I supposed that I was buying a top resolution quality console, but it is not. I prefer the PS 3.

I think I waste my money with the XBOX 360 :("
