What's great about it: Everything
What's not so great: Campain is short
"Best looking game ever and also one of the funnist. Although the campain is short you'll be spending most of your time on the Mult. Player. With rank resetting and unlockable weapons replay is outstanding. Perks also let you fight in your own way."

What's great about it: game play, great guns, career is good, and more
What's not so great: nothing
"First of in games that are towards relife war fare i would not get in a car and start driving around while people shot at me... this is not HALO!!! its CALL OF DUTY!!!!
The online game play is great with ranking and getting weapons once you get to a certin rank... i think that a real good idea... the prestige( i think thats how you spell it) is great to... it shows people you have rep...
the guns are real not some alien laser beam that shots out a green beam and kills u really fast... that all cool in HALO i gues but in real life i dont see that.. hint the name modern warfare, not "futurestic not true warfare"... its also real by the recole for the guns and how you can hold ur breath to shoot better, in halo its always just sitting there and not moving like real life... the upgrades and the damage is really cool to wear it is realistc...
Story mode is cool to u get to get in a uav and shoot people to nothing and the graphics look so real and not like rainbow six vegas 2... were it looks like u are a cartoon running thru vegas... if u look on some of the maps on cod4 it looks real..."

What's great about it: Graphics, Sound, Playability & Fun
What's not so great: Length Of Game
"This is a very cool game! However, I wish that it would have been a lot longer, say, like Battlefield: Bad Company. I would have also like to have seen a Third Person view like the SOCOM games. Don't get me wrong. I appreciate what this game offers, but after playing the SOCOM titles, I have come to expect a little more in the setup of a Shooter. This is still a great game and I strongly recommend it to anyone who is a fan of War Games."

What's not so great: The one and only con i would have to say it has is no hiding or duck behind walls
"I think this well out preforms any other games made so far. If G.O.W 2 wasn't coming out this year I would say the best 3rd. person shooter. It is a must have in your collection along with Fall Out 3 and Gears of War 2."

What's great about it: Online Play is amazing. A must have for any Xbox live subscriber that plays shooters!
What's not so great: None unless getting destroyed by a 12 year old that plays 60 plus hours a week.
"COD4 is a must own title on any console. I personally own it on 360, PS3 and PC. I have a lot of friends that have different systems so having it on all 3 is great because I can play with all of them. First game I have ever owned that I have it on all systems.
Multiplayer will have you hooked! Gun upgrades, better equipment, trying to 100% complete all the challenges and get the special gold plated guns.
If you haven't played COD4 yet you really need to. It is a very well built and written game and will provide you with hours upon hours of fun."

What's great about it: Great controls, realism, challenge, sense of poignance, excellent multiplayer, perfect length.
What's not so great: None. Game is near flawless.
