This bose system or any other bose is way over priced for a consumer
audio system. You can get Pro Systems for this price that will blow this system away and last alot longer and on a much higher level.

Bose should drop the prices for these systems. You do not
see a Bose system in a recording studio and for this price that Bose
advertises you can get a super good recording studio quality speakers for this price and will sound great for home theater.

What's great about it: Nothing

What's not so great: Way Over Priced For Consumer Audio

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

bose markets itself as the premier sound company, i bought this system and was not impressed, i returned it and bought a klipsch cimema system for half the price and twice the performance

What's great about it: ok

What's not so great: nothing great

BY FAR A VERY ADVANCED SYSTEM, BUT YOU PAY FOR IT! THE REAR SPEAKERS NEED SOME AMPLIFICATION TO MATCH THE SOUND OF THE FRONT AND CENTER SPEAKERS. THE BASS LEVEL WHILE PLAYING MUSIC IS LOW UNLESS THE VOLUME IS AT A VERY HIGH LEVEL. THE MUSIC STORAGE AND ORGANIZATION ABILITY OF THE SYSTEM IS VERY IMPRESSIVE. COMPATABILITY WITH THE BOSE LINK SYSTEM MAKES MULIT ROOM/OUTDOOR SOUND OPTIONS ENDLESS.

What's great about it: MUSIC STORAGE/ORGANIZATION

What's not so great: BASS LEVEL ON CD'S/REAR SPEAKER VOLUME

Ok, I know it is expensive, but this is the best audio you can get. Whether you play video games in surround sound, watch movies, listen to music, or just watch TV, the bose lifestyle does it all. Get it, you won't regret it.

What's great about it: sound quality, ease of use, music storage, tech support

What's not so great: none

Very good home theater system, easy to install, ADAPTiQ is real good feature.

We can’t store MP3 songs in it, that is bad part. Other than that this is the best.

What's not so great: Can't store MP3s
