What's great about it: The Style
What's not so great: Poor Quality
"After triing out several phones, I wanted Virgin Mobile again so I did. My first one was the Wildcard, fancy name, nice style but not at all worth the price or the quality. Keypad to small, sound is not good. I expected better quality and didn't find it with the Wildcard phone.
However, the virgin Mobile Samsung Slash, oh yeah that's the phone to get at least in my opinion."

What's great about it: nice pictures, good for texting
What's not so great: could hold more pictures, not very durable
"i got my phone in may and six months later it broke in half. the top screen came off. while it takes pretty good pictures it holds only about a hundred. not very much for someone like me. no music capability. very "chunky".. does have possible faceplate covers though."

What's great about it: Instant messaging
What's not so great: short battery life bad pic quality easy scratches constant shutting off
"This is the worst phone i have ever used. I had to return it 4 diffrent times before switching to verizon prepaid phones. I dropped the first two and the sides scratched off then the other two i didnt have to drop it they would just start turning on and off by themselves all the time. Then the aim would stop working for no reason. Dont waste money on this phone get something else."

What's great about it: nice keyboard
What's not so great: short battery life, not built good, freezes, scratches/brakes easily
"I got this phone in June and when i first got it would freeze up a lot and had a horrible battery life, but then i got a new one (the white wildcard, instead of the black) and it worked a little better. Just about a month ago it broke (into 2 pieces, the keyboard and the screen) and i had barely ever dropped it. Also, the camera quality is horrible and the AIM is not so good. The phone also doesn't allow you to use your own recordings as your ringtones, you can only either buy ringtones or use the ones that come with the phone."

What's great about it: Key Board, Instant messaging, Headliner ( Music player), and Camera.
What's not so great: Nothing
"I bought this phone for texting and I love it. There is only one thing that is wrong with the phone and that is only its so-so battery life, but what do you expect from a full keyboard prepaid phone? People just don't realize that every time you open the phone, the phone has to send extra power for the full keyboard as well as both the screens. Also using the camera will use up your battery.
Overall this is a great phone, Mine has yet to freeze up on me as i have had this phone for about a month now."

What's great about it: great price, easy-to-use features
What's not so great: not so durable
"For all those texting addicts out there, this phone is phenomenal! I love the ease of use and the price is great considering it may be more expensive when shopping elsewhere. The only drawback is its durability. I dropped my phone a couple of times and it cracked, detaching it from the hinges. That's the only negative view I have for it. So investing in a case may be the best move. The bluetooth feature is great. It's compatible with almost any earpiece. Overall, I spent countless hours text/pic messaging and checking emails on this phone. Not to mention IMs:)"

"Well i had got this phone. i was soo excited to get this phone. it had a keyboard an everything. I had this phone for bout 4 months.But u might think when u get this phone Ooo it should be great and awesome not if u a person who drops there phones often.Just to let u know if u are that kind of person this phone is not for U! [TRUST ME]. This phone fell apart on me while i was texting one of the friends. when i flip it open the whole thing just fall apart in 2 PIECES. soo 100 and something dollars is in the drain an i will NERVER get a FLIP PHONE AGAiN.The Price is a waste But dont get me wrong... I think that this phone is good & but u just gotta be really carefull with this phone. Well i hope u make a good CHOiCE on ur cell phone.

What's great about it: The keyboard, camera, instant messaging
What's not so great: short battery life, scratches easily on edges, gets worn out fast
"I've had this phone for basically a year i got it on 12/26/2007 and it was a great phone.....for the first 6 months then it started to wear out to the point it wont stay shut anymore. The spring thing that keeps it shut or flips it open has completely worn out. Also the camera could be better and not as pixelated but some pictures turn out pretty well. The edges scratch easily if you tend to drop it like most humans do at some point in their life. Mine has had some problems where the A and the S key don't work for a while then they will suddenly work out of nowhere just as I'm getting ready to return it and have notified the company of the problem. I would not bother investing in this phone if you plan on using it for awhile. I know other people who have gone through 5 of these phones within the last year. On the other hand the qwerty keyboard is amazing but the T9 isn't that good anyways."

"This is the best phone i have ever had!!!!!! There are so many features! You can take a pic, record a song, and so much more!!! I love this phone! you can also say a name or a number and it will automatically call it. i love it so much!!!!!

What's not so great: it has a short battery life, scrathches easily, freezes, blurry camera, and bad horriable features
"i bought this phone for an outrageous amount but i wanted it so, but this phone is a bad one like i had it for 2 months until it broke and it was nothing but a hassal.. it freezes it sends messages to many times, it dont tell me when i have a message from virgin mobile. the camera is blurry and in the picture messages it dont expand so you have to save the picture to go look and see what it was, the phone scratches VERY easily i had about 20 on it and i only droped it 2 times... the phone also gets very loose when you drop it. as soon as i got it out of the box its back fell off and did often. but anyways i loved it only cuz it was my first camera phone and because of the keyboard. but i droped it when i was cleaning and i broke in 2. so be careful how you handle it. im have the super slice now i just got it like 2 days ago and so far i have absolutly no problems with it."

"This fone is not a good one. I've had it for maybe 2 or 3 months and the only reason i want to keep it is because of the keyboard. Everyone i know who had a wild card has broken it, or its very loose [like mines]. I cant hear it ring sometimes and occasionally it'll cut off while im doin something. [VERy ANN0yiNG] When its open, i wrap something around it's spine because im afraid i'll eventually break it since im so clumsy. All in all, if u read this [DNT BUy ThA WiLD CARD!!!!!]"

"okay, welll i got this phone for christmas 2007. i thought it was a great phone at first, but the AIM program on it decides not to work, it vibrates randomly when it feel like it, they keyguard goes off(which isn't a good thing in school), it freezes a lot, some texts dont send through, picture quality is horrible, which i can understand from a cellphone. but overall this phone is a terribly bad phone. i still own it, and hopefully getting a different one soon. the battery life is pretty good though, thats just about the only good thing about this phone. please, save yourself a lot of time and dont buy this cellphone."

What's great about it: Not complicated, Qwerty keyboard
What's not so great: Generic Virgin Mobile ringtones, wall paper, etc.
"I've been wanting a Qwerty keyboard phone, but was sick of contracts. Looked at Metro PCS, but their keyboard phone was nearly $200. This phone is perfect for someone who doesn't want to do much on a phone but talk and text. I don't know a lot about new-fangled phones, and this one is basic without looking cheap and stupid.
The only thing that was difficult was setting up Virgin Mobile service. Website is a little bit confusing."

"i love this phone. the keyboard is so much easier to use than the old phones. pictures turn out ok. there not 8 megapixle or anything but what would u expect?!!! I would recommend this phone to people who txt alot. Love this phone. Go get 1 !!!"
