Apple's Wireless Keyboard is great for someone that is really busy and can't just sit down at their desk always. You can take it anywhere in the room while working on your computer. Its small and light so its not like it is hard to move at all and where ever you move it to it doesn't take up much room. Its a very easy setup as most Apple products are and of the multiple ones I have worked with at my job I have never had a bad experience with one. Overall this is an excellent product choice.
What's great about it: Easy, Lightweight, Mobile.
What's not so great: No number pad

This keyboard is amazing, best think i have bought for my Macbook Pro since my Mighty Mouse. It's the same size as a Macbook Pro keyboard but has the keys of the Macbook.... Simply Perfect

Thinking that it would be compatible with my PS3 but to my suprise it isnt. 80.00 isnt that much so Im hoping it will be compatible eventually. Thing is it is recognized by the PS3 and I can register it with the registring of the keyboard but it wont work online at all. I guess Im not warning off anyone from buying this keyboard but do your research first. Even if it says Bluetooth registered hardware.
What's great about it: Tablet size Im so use to
What's not so great: All Bluetooth accesories are not created equal

I got this keyboard over the weekend to replace the existing one from dell. If real estate is important on your desk and if you don't need the numeric keypad, you should consider this wireless gadget. Not cheap, but quality has its price. I love the precise built aluminum finish and the layout. If you visit Bestbuy, give it a shot.
What's great about it: I love the exceptional quality (built), small size, and ease of use. Really nice concept for a PC, not just apple
What's not so great: Need a bluetooth adapter to work with a pc.

I bought this for a windows PC knowing that this was of course meant for a MAC. One issue is if you're buying this for a windows PC you have to either have built in Bluetooth or need to buy an external bluetooth adapter since the keyboard doesn't come with it. Another problem is that there is no numeric keypad which can get annoying. There also is no Delete key. You can get around it by using the backspace key but it gets annoying really fast. After only 4 days i started to notice some connectivity issues. It would take several seconds sometimes before i got connectivity back. It may have had to do with my 3rd party bluetooth adapter but can't be sure. It also was a little glitchy, missing some keystrokes here and there.
The size of the keyboard seems nice at first until you try and balance the thing on your lap. If it is on a tabletop it is probably alright but if you plan to mostly hold the keyboard in your lap you will notice you will get uncomfortable after a short period of time keeping your knees so close together.
The keyboard looks really nice and thin but because of the thickness the keystokes don't feel the best. They're pretty consistent across the keyboard but I prefer a slightly deeper keystroke. I ended up returning the keyboard mostly because of the connectivity issues but the other issues were annoying enough as well. I would probably recommend this for a Mac user but not for a windows user.

Great keyboard for on the go... fits nicely in a laptop bag... Also great is the bluetooth mouse from apple... Great combo for always on the go type like myself... Pairing is a breeze in Leopard...

I love my many apple products but they are not without flaws!
This is a great looking keyboard, it is lightweight and has great range too. However, this thing was eating batteries like crazy, I mean every 2 days I was replacing batteries and then I went to rechargeables and the keyboard was going thru them at the same rate. Then I saw the Duracell 'precharged - longer lasting batteries' so I gave those a shot and let me tell you, that is what you need with this keyboard. I am now going on about 7 to 9 days before I have to recharge those batteries, that's a definite improvement.
There is no number keypad on this keyboard like there was on the older wireless keyboard; bummer, I don't understand why. Sometimes typing on this keyboard will register 2 or 3 key presses with one keystroke and there is something about the keys, like there too close to each other and my fingers sometimes hit the wrong keys or hit in between two keys. It's kinda weird to explain.
All things considered, for the money spent versus the benefits of this keyboard don't buy it unless you have the money to burn. If you have it to burn then go for it if you don't really need the number keypad.
What's great about it: Attractive, stylish, compact, lightweight, range
What's not so great: eats batteries, no number keypad, costs too much

This keyboard makes my whole setup look so much better! I'll soon be getting the wireless mighty mouse to free up another USB port, and to get rid of that insanely ugly wire!
I CANNOT believe the battery life on this thing! It takes 3 AAs and I haven't changed them once in the three monthes I've had the keyboard. Just to give you an idea of use, I am on this computer anywhere from 1.5hrs - 4hrs per day. Given - I am not writing a novel or something, but the entire time I am searching the web, so I assume I use the keyboard as much as the average joe.
If you're a neat freak, as I am, you'll love this keyboard because the crumbs and whatnot don't get stuck in the buttons. It's such a great design!

As you can see from reading these reviews, everyone loves this keyboard, except for me.
It features bluetooth wireless connectivity, Mac multimedia keys, and an attractive design (as you'd expect from Apple).
But, it's a mini keyboard. There's no number pad, and some keys are smaller than normal. For all this, you pay extra, because it's Apple and it's wireless.
Stick with the keyboard that came with your Mac, or buy a 3rd party wireless that's Mac compatible.
What's great about it: Wireless, Attractive Design
What's not so great: Price, Miniature Design
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is, by a wide margin, the best bluetooth keyboard I've ever used. I used to work for the business division of a major electronics chain where I've used and sold many wireless keyboards. I can honestly say that this keyboard outshines many of its competitors.
First, the small design is a definite plus, not a flaw. I have big hands and I was a bit worried that it would feel small and cramped, but my worries were proven false. It's a lot more durable than it looks, too. For some reason other brands (like MS) seem to think that their keyboard isn't worthwhile unless it takes up as much desk real estate as possible, which just isn't practical. Just make sure you know what you're getting - take a good look at what keys are and aren't present. If you're trying to write code or do lots of calculations, this probably isn't your keyboard.
Secondly, the battery life is amazing. I bought this back in May 08. Today is September 22 and I only just replaced (today) the first set of batteries. I do regular internet stuff, plus a casual amount of gaming.
Lastly, the bluetooth connectivity is very strong and resilient. I have never lost a connection after 5 months of use - it's never even missed a single keystroke. Plus, Software Update actually updates the firmware ON THE KEYBOARD ITSELF, ensuring maximum product performance and use. This alone is a major plus.
Something to note - this keyboard does indeed work with Windows via bootcamp and Parallels (I use both). If you plan to use bootcamp you might have to pair it without a key in Windows. Since I use Mac OS for anything critical, this is a non-issue for me. The keyboard automatically just connects and starts working with either OS. Parallels, however, works right away without any additional setup.
This is a strong, practical, durable product. Now if only they could redesign that darn mouse...

I LOVE THIS KEYBOARD. I got it a few hours ago and was scared that it would not work with windows vista or any PC for that matte. Apple has done it again. Types with no effort and very thin. Bluetooth is awsome and connects with vista after only a few seconds of starting up. Only con at this point is that the media keys are useless (no way to map them to the keys on my laptop) But I can live with that for now. YOU HAVE TO HAVE ONE. Go get one now. DO NOT WAIT
What's great about it: Small, Fits in my laptop bag, Easy to connect and use
What's not so great: Some of the buttons do not work with my system

I've tried several keyboards in the last 3 months trying to find one I like. I ordered several from Amazon. The first one I ordered was wireless but huge. Every other small keyboard I tried plugged into the USB port and was not wireless so I disliked those keyboards. Then I tried Logitech's Dinovo Edge which I liked but still was too big to fit on my lap along with the laptop. Finally I read on the web that other people had success using the DLINK DBT-120 Bluetooth adapter so I thought I'd give it a try. The software that comes with the Dlink USB adapter isn't compatible with Vista. Fortunately, my Toshiba laptop I bought at Best Buy came with it's own set of drivers that work almost flawlessly. The only problem is that if I put the laptop in sleep mode the bluetooth won't reconnnect. So I leave the laptop on all day and turn it off at night.
What's great about it: slim, small, wide keys, fits on top of laptop keyboard
What's not so great: Getting it to work with Windows Vista is difficult

I was looking for a nice compact bluetooth keyboard for my macbook pro and decided on this one.
The only thing I miss is the number pad, but I never really used it to begin with.
The keyboard being light weight and it's form factor makes it easy to move around and fit on my desk.

When I opened the box, I was very impressed; Apple went all out on this little gem. They even threw in some quality AA batteries and not the ones that run down in 10 to 15 minutes.
I gave this item five stars even though I COULD NOT sync the device with my Palm, Blackberry or Samsung i790 Windows Mobile device.
Apple does not make the offer or promise that it will connect to anything more than an Apple device. When I heard that folks were connecting the keyboard to Vista-Loaded PCs, I had to try it out on a mobile device.
I was disappointed even though I had read on line that others had gotten it to work. There is even a video on You Tube that demos a fellow playing around with this keyboard and his mobile phone.
Too bad it was only a "Look ma! No hands" video and not a specific "How To" video. Return was easy-sneezy!
Best Buy did NOT charge any fees and promptly refunded my money without question. Thanks a million.
What's great about it: Very Clean Feeling, Quality Buttons, Slim, Light Weight, Cord Free
What's not so great: Unable to Connect to Palm, Blackberry or Windows Moble Device

This is a great addition for any mac user. I had the older wireless keyboard which was compact compared to the Microsoft keyboards but this one is insane. The bottom line this wireless keyboard is outrageous.

This was a sweet keyboard. I used it with my flat screen and Laptop. The range on it is very well. I have not seen any problems with it communicating to my laptop even across the room. Very good product!

I am running Windows Vista (home edition) and this keyboard works great on it. This keyboard was designed unbelievably.I have not had any problems with the keyboard,and i am not expecting any. GREAT PRODUCT! THIS IS A MUST BUY!!!
