Great for Car, Not so much in hand

What's great about it: Solid mounting, easy USB charging, accurate street maps, loud What's not so great: useless as a hand unit, has a hard time getting a GPS lock on narrow streets, favors busy roads
"I recently moved to Philadelphia, PA and bought this unit to help me navigate the city. While this unit does well in the car and knows every little street in the city. It is easy to use and does a passable job of giving prior notice to turn. The screen is bright and the volume is fantastic. I love that it charges through USB - no need to have any special power adapters at home or in the car.
As a portable unit it suffers a bit - it really struggles to get a GPS lock when you have it in hand, so don't expect to use it as anything more than a map for walking. On narrow downtown streets it takes a long time to get a GPS signal and it is inaccurate, but on a main road it is very accurate.
It will get you to your destination every time but don't expect a quick route from point A to point B - it tends to favor larger, two way roads which are consequently busy and have a lot of stop lights."

Great Value for Money

What's great about it: Text to Speech Capability, MP3 Player What's not so great: Doesn't have capability to navigate through less busy roads
"Its a great product for the price that it comes for. Probably no other GPS gives as much value at this price. The volume is loud and generally doesn't get confused, meaning it is pretty up-to-date. You can listen to mp3 as well, which I find great."

Great GPS

What's great about it: small/flat, inexpensive, used in smartphone such as blackjack What's not so great: people tried to break into my car to steal it twice from work
"I bought this GPS about 4 months ago from my work. I bought it because a friend recommended it because of the chip set inside of it. Intellinav is used in the Blackjack and Blackjack 2 cell phone (I also have a Blackjack)
This GPS hasn't failed me yet. It loads quickly, it has a bright screen, it is inexpensive, and it looks expensive too.
Intellinav is amazing. People usually buy Tomtom's and Garmin's but to be honest I think the Intellinav is a much better GPS. I dont see tomtom and garmin being used in CELL PHONES!"

"This is a great GPS unit at a low price! I like the text to speech feature, makes a big difference not to have to look at the unit. The directions are clear and easy to understand. Plus if I do miss the turn, it quickly compensates and gives me new directions."
