What's great about it: bagless, air filtration, long cord
What's not so great: short hose, suction, constant maintenance needed
When I first got this vacuum 2 years ago it was amazing! The suction brought up more dirt than what I'd anticipated was in the carpet, but 2 years later the suction sucks! I'm constantly having to fix it every time I use it, and I've always maintained it (cleaning it when done). I'm actually online right now waiting for the motor to cool down and to find a way of fixing it, yet again. I have to really watch to make sure that it's cleaning the carpet rather than just pushing it around, and constantly having to watch to make sure it doesn't overheat and shut itself off. If you're planning on using it on flooring, plan again and get yourself a good broom and dustpan because it just kicks the dirt back at you. I thought that the attachments (like the power brush) would be great for furniture and stairs, but about all they're good for is decoration. Heaven forbid if you actually use the power brush and end up having to clean it. You'll need duct tape and/or zip ties to keep it shut so it will somewhat work again. This vacuum breaks down and needs more repairs than what it's worth (IMO). I would definitely NOT recommend this product to anyone, and would urge you strongly to look at other vacuums that will cause you less problems in the long run.

What's great about it: Powerfull
What's not so great: The hand hose attachments look better than their performance!
Well, who writes reviews on a vacuum??? Well, I bought this thinking that it would answer my cleaning issues, and for the most part it does. The upright vacuum is fantastic, being versatile enough to cope with all types of floors, however, the hand held attachments for the hose are a little more disappointing. The rotating brush attachment works well for the first month or so, but the dust when in use seems to clog the unit and stop the rotating brush from moving after a few uses. You can take the unit apart and clean it, but it never seems to work as well as when new. (Trust me, I'm quite the handy man... but this is one of the major uses for stairs in the home and just loses power what ever you try to do to it) Would I recommend... yes and no. No because of the rotating attachment!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

i just got it today tryed it its very hard to push and it very heavey and nosiey i dont like it my other vacums were alot quiteter then this it hard to push and do the hole hall and house and stairs
