This is a great tool for removing hair from your face. However, I found myself having to go over my neck a couple times, which drained the battery. I'm still a young fella, I figure the angle at which my neck hair protrudes isn't ideal yet for any type of shaver. Still, a good product.
What's great about it: Quick and effective on face
What's not so great: Takes more time on the neck

I've shaved with electrics since about 16, i.e. for 25 years now. I'm half-Indian, so I've got coarse facial hair. Since about 1992, I've used exclusively Panasonics and love the wet/dry ability. I feel this is probably their best all-around shaver. I purchased mine about 5 years ago, to replace an ES8152, and the battery has just died. I've just purchased another one online from BB. It's a little slower in the motor than the ES8152, but the battery life of this ES7103 is more inline with my expectations, vs the 2 yrs I got with the 8152. I have never needed to replace the blades or foil on this ES7103, and get, as my GF says "baby-butt smooth" shaves. I tend to use it wet, either over the sink or in the shower. The trimmer makes sideburn edging easy. The universal voltage adapter works well in India, UK, and USA. The only issue I have is the pivoting head only pivots side-to-side and not also front-to-back. I find this causes narrow shaving "stripes" around tight curves and contours, which forces me to go over some of those areas multiple times.
What's great about it: worldwide usage, smooth shaves
What's not so great: limited pivot causes narrow shaving area on tight curves

This is the 2nd one I have bought. The 1st one lasted like 3 years until the battery stopped holding a charge. The 1st one is still holding on but I bought a 2nd one just in case it dies. I have this one on stand by.
What's great about it: Charges quick
What's not so great: Could use a small stand for charging

I agree with other reviews on this product that this shaver requires you to go over the same area over and over. It took me more than 2x the time to shave with this shaver compared to my previous shaver. The shaver also leaves patches of unshaved hair making inconsistent. The shaver does not allow you to use it if plugged in. You can only use this shaver strictly off the battery. The good thing about this shaver is that it is well built however that is the only good thing about it.
What's great about it: Solid built quality
What's not so great: Poor shaving performance
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have had Panasonic shavers before and I chose this one for its features. Everything was exactly as expected. Good shave, battery and features.
What's great about it: Good shaving quality, good features

I purchased this shaver from reading so many great reviews on it but I have to wonder why it's rated so highly by so many.
It shaves so poorly, and as a previous reviewer has stated, you have to go over the same spots over and over again and yet it STILL leaves major stubble everywhere leaving me looking unshaven and reaching for my razor to finish up the job.
Sure the price is low, but i've had much better shavers at comparable prices in the past.
I've had this shaver about 2 months now and hate using it....I would not recommend it to anyone. Spend a little more and get something better....I will from now on.

I have to go over the same spots under my neck several times and it still doesn't shave it smooth. I have to use a razor to get the rest this shaver leaves. I had a Norelco triple header for years and it did much better then this one. I am going to leave this one in my motorhome where I don't need to be super shaved and buy the norelco for home use. It was priced right and received good reviews, but I got what I paid for.
What's great about it: Easy to hold and easy to clean
What's not so great: Doesn't shave close at all
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great shaver for the price ... dual voltage is nice ... close shave ... wet or dry.
But, the switch may stop working ... mine stopped at 5 months and then you can not charge or use the unit.

Good luck on this GREAT shaver ... I have tried them all and this is the best for all of those out there right now. Maybe the wet causes the switch to stop working ... I do not know!
What's great about it: Close shave, great battery life, and it is a Panasonic known for quality
What's not so great: Made in China, Switch gets corroded after 6-12 months or so and will not turn on or charge

It's been 20 years since I have tried/used an electric razor. I never would have purchased one but am on blood thinners due to a blood clot and my doctor said I can only use an electric razor.
In the past I was left with irritation and ingrown hairs....not the case here! What I get is a close shave with no irritation at all. I use it dry which saves me the hastle of shaving cream etc. When done you simply take the top off, rinse it under water and it is as clean as new.
My greatest surprise was shaving on the neck, no problems at all. Charges fully in one hour, gentle on the face and a shave that equals a blade razor. For $60 it is a no brainer. I may even buy a 2nd one as an extra.
What's great about it: Quick Charge, great value, No irritation at all, smooth close shave
What's not so great: Hair fall on counter while shaving- can live with that considering all the pluses
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is such a great shaver. I had an $80 Braun for about a year as my first electric. I really didn't like how it missed so many hairs and how it would miss the thin soft ones....especially on my neck. This shaver is so comfortable and with one or two simple passes, you have skin as smooth as a baby's bottom. No irritation or razor burn/bumps. SAY GOOD BYE TO MANUAL RAZORS AND HELLO TO Panasonic's Pro-Curve Men's Triple Blade Shaver!!!!!!
What's great about it: Everything. Cuts all hairs for the smothest dry shave. Its very quite.
What's not so great: Nothing. Its perfect.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is a great razor. Most will be very suprised at how close of a shave it gives. However, after sometime ithe razor blades do seem to dull, so you have to go over some trouble spots a few times. Of course you can always replace the blades.
The one problem I had with this razor was that it stopped working after a year. It looks like the battery that it comes with is dead, and you can't use the razor while it is plugged into the wall. Even though it died, I'd still probably by it again. Comparing the price of this electric razor for 1yr - 1 1/2yrs, and constantly buying regular razor blades. I'd still recommend this purchase. But you should also think about picking up a warranty with the razor.
What's great about it: Close shave, Can be used with shaving cream, easy to clean up.
What's not so great: Died after a year, razor dulls after use.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this because of the 'Reviews' posted here... I have had a lot of high end, high priced others - but was never really satisfied. Always went back to a blade... Now I am on the road at odd times based on my job - I charged this in a very short time and just threw it in my car. It has an excellent feel, is smooth and does a pretty good job compared to a 'regular' razor.... No skin problems - the other reviewers here were right on.
What's great about it: No razor burn, or skin issues - priced right
What's not so great: Cant find anything yet

This Panasonic beats them all.

I recieved a norelco speed xl shaver for christmas that was worth about 90 dollars. The first week of shaving was a nightmare. The worst irritation and razor burn and break outs, it tore my face apart. I thought that I just needed to give my skin time to adjust because I was formerly using a Fusion razor. Finally I couldn'e take the all day pain and irritation anymore. My freind recommended trying a foil style shaver to see if that would work. I did some research and picked this one. This was my final attempt into the world of electric razors. By the first shave I was in love. First of all when using shaving cream the shaver is extremely comforatable and the shave is super close, just about as close as with my fusion. Even shaving dry is easy, but not as comforatable. I have yet to have any irritation or break outs. I love this razor and I will now exclusively use it to shave with. Needless to say I returned the norelco.
What's great about it: Close shave with no irritation
What's not so great: can not use while plugged in (not that big of a deal)
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have, in the past, tried electric shavers and have not been happy with them at all. Shaves were not close and they always felt like they were "plucking" whiskers from my face. Because of that, I have been a straight razor and shaving cream fan.
Figuring technology with electrics has improved, I decided to give this one a try based on reviews I have read. This razor DOES NOT disappoint. Really quiet razor and a great close shave. I recommend this razor to anyone. Great razor without a highend pricetag.

Seeing that electric shavers were a new world to me, I looked up many different shavers looking for 1 with good quality for a decent price. This is one of the only shavers I came across with mainly good ratings and I have to say all the reviews are true! This shaver gives a close and smooth shave and its so easy to clean. I can't believe the deal I got for it! It's definitely worth more! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

All of the reviews are true. This shaver is an outstanding value. Super close shave, very fast, and easy to clean. I was a loyal Braun user for 10 years. This shaver is significantly better than my 6000 series Braun and about 1/3 the price. Don't let the low price fool you. This is a top of the line shaver.
