What's great about it: I love the 5 burners! I use the griddle almost every day.
What's not so great: Trying to get used to the different burner heat levels

"Love this range. I had a range that was over 30 years old handed down through my grandmother, mother, and then myself. Still trying to get used to the different levels of heat the burners give off as I was used to low or hot on my old stove. It is easy to clean and I love the griddle. I use it almost every day. Something I have wanted for a number of years and I am so glad I spent the extra money and got a range with the 5th burner. The Best Buy experience was also excellent. I had a knowledgeable sales person and I did my homework on line before going in to look at what I had narrowed down to. I made a great choice. Looks great too!"

Worth every penny! 08/11/2008

What's great about it: Appearance and style
What's not so great: Does not come with broiler pan!!

"After many years of wanting a really great stove, I finally bought the one I really wanted (minus the warming drawer, which was $400 more). Having been shopping for a stainless steel range for about 8 years (since I bought my house) I think I've seen them all. I finally chose this one based on features first, appearance second and price third. It seemed to have all of the features of the more expensive stoves, but at a great price.
I love the middle burner/griddle, which is not only useful, but really enhances the look of the stove. The convection feature and third oven rack are handy. The burners light quickly and the oven heats up quickly.
I miss the light that told me when the oven was preheated, because if I leave the room and come back I could miss the beeping signal to let me know my oven is preheated.
The only problem I had with the stove is that at this price, it should have included a broiler pan. I've bought five new ovens and every one except this one had a broiler pan. I left mine in my old stove when I sold it because I assumed it came with. All I got was a piece of paper that showed I could order one for $20. Since I used the broiler a lot, I'll have to get one!"

What's great about it: excellent stove
What's not so great: very little help with lp gas conversion

"If you have propane gas be sure to order it that way. We ordered ours an figured out it doesn't come with the conversion kit an bestbuy doesn't sell them. Was on the phone with 3 different departments an wasted way too much time for something that is usually included with gas stoves. Very little detail in the installation instructions about the conversion also."

Very Nice Range 04/28/2008

What's great about it: Easy to operate and works flawlessly
What's not so great: Price is higher than other models with less appeal/function

"We recently installed this range and have nothing but good to say regarding the appearance and operation.
The center burner is a wonderful asset with a griddle insert. The insert is super easy to clean (no pot/pan to clean).
The appearance is the attraction with stainless steel on the handles/doors. The display panel is wrapped with stainless versus other models with a sheet of stainless surrounded by colored steel.
The oven ignites promptly and warms up to temp quickly."
