"I've had it for a couple days and it's the best computer game i've ever played. I started neglecting my computer for my new xbox, Now I cant stop typing. The game is really fun and a low price, so it's more than worth the money. The only downside is the download time which took me 3 hours, but again it was worth the wait. Now i'm going to have to buy the Wrath of the lich king....."

What's great about it: Great ever lasting game, with massive land to explore. What's not so great: No problems, but a little glitches.
"This game is great to play with your buddies at school and other people all over the world. Most gamers I played with in WoW are mature, unlike runescape or other MMORPG's. I love the quest that are in it. Dungens are long but rewarding, and in the end, really, really fun. I like raids, PVP, PVE, etc, which are included in the the game. All the classes are fair when lvl 20-80. You'll always find something to do in WoW if you got the $15 per month to play. Trust me, you will enjoy it."

"I think there are actually support groups forming for this game. When you first play wow you get the feeling that it is a fun game it has a lot of cool elements but you don't really see how it can become a way of life like it has for so many people. Eventually after dabbling a bit with the game you find you have burnt close to 15 hours in one setting playing the game... and you tell yourself there is something wrong with that but you can't quite believe it. Blizzard makes spectacular, well thought out addictive games and this is the current pinnacle of that companies evolution. Someday, I fear they will conquer the world... and I am sure all of the gamers, myself included, will go along willingly."

What's great about it: Fantastic gameplay, never gets old, and just gets more fun as the game goes on! What's not so great: takes about 2 hours to get burning crusade and the regular disk downloaded
"This game may be my favorite game i have. I have about 50 games and i play this one about 99% percent of my gaming time. Burning crusade has two extra races to choose from and in my opinion, they are the best races. THIS GAME MAY BE ADDICTING HOWEVER, it is extremely fun and everyone online is super nice, they help you out,its like a little community online! Get some of your friends to play and you guys can quest together, explore dungeons, the list of possibilities is endless. BUY THIS GAME NOW!"

What's great about it: Get this if you are just starting world of warcraft What's not so great: only for starters, not worth it if you already have one of the WoW games.
"If you want to get started playing World of Warcraft, this is the thing for you. It comes with World of Warcraft, which is an online roleplaying game that you pay 15$ USD every month for (or buy a 60 day card for every 2 months). And the World of Warcraft burning crusade just makes it so that you can get an extra 2 races and new areas on your world of warcraft account, and adds no extra monthly charge or anything. This package also comes with the strategy guides for both of these games, which helps you complete quests, gather items, and tells you how to get around, and get started."

"When I first started playing this game, it was kind of confusing. But once I got the hang of it, I realized that the complexity of it made it totally exciting. You have all of these quests you can work on, professions you can perfect and make money with, and players online that you can interact with. You can even buy and sell stuff at the auctions and make tons of gold!
Also, playing with the different characters you create (choosing different races, classes, & professions) is like playing a different game each time."

"This game is really fun and somewhat addicting at times. Having played Warcraft 3 in the past I and loved it I thought it was time to try something new. I know a lot of people who have played the game and loved it. I think the game is amazing, the detail and the time put into making that game is simply amazing plus the different worlds you can travel to and seemly endless quests makes it a really neat game.
The only downside to this game is that you have to pay a monthly fee of $15.00 but when you think about it the price actually isn't that bad. It's a lot cheaper than doing other stuff or constantly buying new games. Either way I rate this game a 5."

"First off, I believe the review by tomasmd to be for the Warcraft III Battle Chest, not the World of Warcraft Battle Chest, which is what you're viewing (Tower Defense and Line Wars are War3 maps).
World of Warcraft Battle Chest will provide you with the original game and it's expansion, The Burning Crusade. The original is enough to provide the avid gamer hours and hours of gameplay and the expansion just furthers that content and adds additional features. This game provides many character options for unlimited replay options. You won't find yourself looking for things to do and provide entertainment in this game.
The fact that this is a pay-by-the-month game ($15 a month at the time of this review) is a little bit of a drag, but you can buy game cards that can provide a little of a price break. Also, you can activate a card and if you're getting a little tired of playing take a month or two off to do other things before you activate another. At $15 a month it comes to roughly 50 cents a day, which - if you're playing regularly - isn't that bad of an investment for the amount of entertainment you'll receive. A word of caution, however. This game is addicting and can consume mass amounts of time - young or old. I would recommend supervision for younger gamers to ensure they are having fun, but not getting too sucked in that they get lost in the game. Many players have been known to, and admittedly, lose touch with reality while playing this game. All in all, if you're looking for an entertaining game with mass amounts of gameplay this game will be all that you're looking for and more."

"awesome game, both campaigns are great, plus the expansion content. the random battles are fun, the online competitions is great and possible the best part are the games other users made and are available for free online! Tower defense and line wars are awesome!"
