What's great about it: graphics, size, games
What's not so great: only wireless internet

"the psp is amazing! i had a DS lite befor it, and i traded that thing in for the psp! it looks just like a ps2 and the screen size is just right for a road trip. it will shock you how good the graphics are "for a hand held system"! you can DL music on it, use it for internet, movies, ect... this is a must buy if you are on the road alot! and if you trying to decide over the psp & ds, trust me and go psp!!! the only thing i dont like about it is all the fingerprints that show up with the black color."

What's great about it: Screen, games, video, XMB, EVERYTHING
What's not so great: not much...

"The PSP is definitely the greatest portable sysyem ever made. I dont even want to say gaming system because the thing can do anything. With the newest firmware, it has music, video, gaming, pictures, internet, skype, everything. And you get the most out of it with the amzing screen. i got my PSP for x-mas in 2007, and didnt know its potential then. A year later im still figuring it out. but 1 day, a comcast guy came to my house and stole it...DARN! I loved that thing. Oh and if u get it, which u should, get SOCOM Fireteam Bravo 2...greatest game ever. Im still saving for another psp...cant wait till i get it. i highly reccommend it. sony did a good job"

What's great about it: Nice Screen, synchs with PS3, multimedia capabilities
What's not so great: # of software titles, UMD format is practically dead, needs second analog stick

"If DS games are a little to immature for you, then this is the handheld for you. God of War is a great example of the capabilities of the PSP. My biggest gripe with the PSP is the exclusion of a second analog stick. It would make first person shooters much better. Unfortunately the number of games compared to the DS is not even close. It does do a great job with movies on a hard drive if you get the software to downscale to your PSP. It also has decent wifi capabilities."

What's great about it: fast loading, good games, internet is even somewhat fast!
What's not so great: cramped space=cramped fingers

"THIS thing is so fun! Once I finish a game I just go on the internet till I get another game! It will entertain you for hours! Also, sorry for the Nintendo DS lovers out there but I had a DS, I sold it and got this. . . I'm glad that I did. There is only one problem which doesn't affect you TOO much which is the tight space. . . once you play it for a while it will start to cramp my fingers. It isn't that big of a problem though. I believe it is worth 170.00. I charge it in the middle of the night and then in morning I will take it off the charger. . . it seems to stay on the whole day (but just so you know I am not playing it the whole day) Anyway, I recommend this product to everyone. . ."

"The Psp is great because its cheap and fun. The games for it are cheap too. Its like a mini ps3 you and hook the internet up to it and surf the web The only problem is you have to buy a memory card to save things."

"The Sony PSP is a great deal for the price. The only problem is that you cannot save your game without buying an extra memory card which can cost up to $50. However the games are very fun and challenging, and you can get them for about $15."

"The PSP is a Play Station Portable that you can experience in High Definition. The price for any PSP is definitly resonable. If you have the money you should get it right away.I have not experienced any breakdowns, but that does not mean it won't breakdown,any electronic can breakdown. The PSP can play videogames,movies,t.v.shows,it has internet,you can download photos,and listen to music. The PSP is the #1 portable game system of my choice."
