What's great about it: Everything
What's not so great: Nothing
This is the most listenable 120 minutes of music that I have ever heard. Umphrey's Mcgee is one the most talented bands of all time. If you have not heard their music, start with this CD. It has great improvisational material that will never be heard again. I highly recommend getting this, you definately won't regret it.
