"The formerly black DLO case is after 3 days now grey. I am quite a neat person, but having it in my hand sometimes and in my pants pockets sometimes made this case ratty looking in only 3 days.

I only bought it because the bestbuy I was at didn't have a bodyglove for the iPhone - well, now I just ordered it from the bodyglove website because bestbuy.com didn't have that either. Sad. I bought the bodyglove for my Palm PDA Smartphone and thats why I know what it should be like."

What's great about it: Nice Feel and protects well
What's not so great: Covers top of screen, messes up screen disabling when phone to ear

"Bought this product with my iPhone G3 and was initially happy with it. Feels good, looks good. BUT.. Agree with prior review that the volume button on the sides can't be used effectively.
BIGGER PROBLEM... the upper part of the screen is covered by this item, not the portion you look at and that touch icons on, rather the touch sensitive area around the ear speaker. this area functions during a call to sense that the phone is up to your ear. The result is the screen remains active during a call so you inadvertently hit buttons, muting the phone, disconnecting the call or otherwise disrupting simple phone functions.

SO.. Don't buy this one, perhaps the version that doesn't cover this upper area, like model #004-0115"

"If you are looking for a strong and sturdy case for your iphone, this is the jacket for you. I used it for my 3G and it fit however, it was bulky when trying to put it in your pocket. It also is clearly made for the original iphone. It is good that it comes with 3 screen covers though!"

"i bought the iphone 3g like a month ago, and just the fact that i wasn't protectin my iphone was driving me crazy!!

and then i came to BestBuy and find this DLO Jam Jacket and got it..
its great, because it has slipped out of my hands and nothing happened, not even a scrash... worth it.
i wish i was available in more colors."

Exceeded expectations 07/16/2008

What's great about it: Fits Well, Nice feel, Durable and Economical
What's not so great: Insufficient Color Choices, Hard to Toggle Ringer on/off Switch and Poor Documentation

"I bought this case to go on my new iPhone 3G. Although 4 color choices were available, I still went with black. Mainly because the color choices weren't very appealing.

The first thing I did was install the screen protector. At first I was a little confused on how to install it because there were no instructions in the box. Just a two-sided sheet of plastic with a 1 and 2 on it. Once I figured it out the overlay went on very well. The bubbles were easy to squeeze out. You can't even tell there is anything over the glass and it's just as sensitive to touch.

The case itself was easy to put on. It just kinda peels over the unit. Once on I was pleasantly pleased with the good fit and nice feel in your hand. The texture sides and smooth back make it nice to hold. Pushing the buttons through the silicone was a breeze. Well except the ringer on/off button. It's very difficult to toggle through the thick silicone.

Overall a very nice case at a great price. I'd recommend it to anyone."

What's great about it: protects the corners of phone well, provides extra girth as well as grip
What's not so great: Cant attach sceen protectors easily

"I was vey happy with this product. I did not like how the iPhone was so slippery (I have big hands and I always felt like I was going to drop it and it would shoot out of my hands like a bar of soap) This product gives you added grip and makes the phone feel thicker in your hand when holding it. As far ast the screen protectors, they are very clear and sturdy. As with ALL screen protectors, they are virtually impossible to get on. be sure to do it in a room with absolutely NO AIR CIRCULATION!!!! otherwise you will get the tiniest dust particle stuck to the protector and it will be a bubble with a tiny dot in the middle."

Broken :(

What's great about it: Headphone Storage, Anti-Slip Material, Colours
What's not so great: Does Not Fit In Dock

"This is a great case. I bought one at the same time I purchased my iPhone. However, it's been less tan a year (9 months to be exact) and my case just broke. In fact the entire bottom panel that covers the home button is now hanging on just barely. I would honestly recommend this product to anyone that wants a good case that's rather inexpensive. I have no idea how many times this case has saved my phone from being dropped. The silicone material that it's made of is seriously a life saver. And the nifty headphone "storage" has been awesome too. I'm going to buy another one, but maybe a different colour this time."

Better than expected! 02/10/2008

What's great about it: Easy slip on and off, bonus 3 screen protectors, price!
What's not so great: Covers up pretty iPhone, no choice in colors :(

"I was skeptical when I bought this because of the price but I'm really glad I did! The case works well, and I don't have to worry about scratches. The grip is great also.

My favorite thing about buying this has to be the screen protectors. I bought this in early January and haven't had to replace it yet! Just make sure when applying that the screen is really clean of dust. I no longer have to worry about scratches from my keys or my earrings while talking!

My only suggestion would be more color choices, other than that I would definitely recommend this to anyone who doesn't want to bubble wrap their iPhone!"

Not as bad as it seems 01/07/2008

"At first I was skeptical about getting this product because it seemed like the corner parts of the case made it look a little larger and bulky. It is not as bulky as it seems, though, and pressing the home button is more gratifying. As with a lot of other cases, I can put the phone on the dashboard of a car without it falling. The fact that it comes with the three screen protectors is awesome too because it seems to not pick up smudges as easy as the original iPhone screen. Also, I have done some research on the iPhone's screen, and there have been various video blogs trying to scratch up the screen, saying that it's made up of a crystal-like material, so it's unscratchable. I've had my iPhone for three months without a screen protector until I got it replaced because of the poor condition it was in. There were visible scratches after putting it in my pocket without a protector and case, so including it was the deciding factor for me."

Nice for the iPhone... 01/02/2008

What's great about it: thin, non-obtrusive, nice, includes 3 screen protectors
What's not so great: no real protection for the iphone

"this fits pretty nice on the iPhone, the sides are kind of loose a little bit, but they stay on.
i like that the top and bottom really covers the iphone to help keep the thin silicone cover on. this is really flimsy as it is a silicone case and it stretchs to fit. the fit is nice.
it comes with 3 screen protectors which is nice, becasue they can be a pan to get on.
this case i would imagine wouldn't be too great for a drop of the iPhone, but it's probably one of the thinnest and least bulky ones i've used."
