"I love this GPS. Now I don't have the fear of getting lost! Even if I take a wrong turn it resets it self, doesn't scold me and I'm on my way. It was easy to set up and is easy to put in the new address. Never leave home with out it!"

What's great about it: Ease of use; Bright screen; Great points of interest
What's not so great: Occasionally does not take you the fastest way; Map needs to be updated
"This is a great product, especially for the price. Sometimes the GPS takes you out of the way to get to your location, but usually it is dead on. Hopefully the company will send out an updated map soon, because the current one is from early 2007. Overall a great product that has gotten me Un-Lost many a time."

What's great about it: easy to program
What's not so great: sometimes gets a little slow
"this is a great GPS, another great thing about this product is that it is very affordable. Obviously it isn't going to be as good as the $500 GPS systems but is sufficient for my needs, and I travel a lot for work and this helps so much, I don't know how i survived without one."

What's great about it: I never feel alone on the road
What's not so great: On the cloudiest days, sometimes it doesnt get a signal
"I first played with one of these when my friends came to town from DC. They loved it. When I went to visit them, they programmed it for me so I could ride anywhere I wanted and just hit, "home" and it would guide me back to their house. I only got lost once. It was the first time using it there and I was playing the radio so maybe i didnt hear her when she said take the exit but i was looking at the screen and got a little confused. I ended up on the beltway, lost 2 times until I turned down the radio and listened and then I was right back on track."

What's great about it: Talking directions, easy to use, great price
What's not so great: No big ones so far
"This gps has been great so far. It has options that can be found on much higher priced models, such as "fastest route" "scenic route", "avoid highways" ect, for a lower price. I dont know if all gps systems talk, but this one does and it is a big help."

Between Average and Good

What's great about it: Slim, nice graphics, updated maps than Garmin, faster satellite tracking response
What's not so great: Hard to restart/turn-on, slow interface, no USB supplied
"This is better than Garmin (I used to have one) as it has updated locations of Los Angeles and Southern California. There are two Grand Avenues in L.A. county, one in downtown L.A. and one in nearby San Pedro (city in L.A. County). This unit will tell you exactly that one is in L.A. and one is in San Pedro. My previous Garmin c330 and the NUVI series still have not corrected this error (they would actually show two listings under LOS ANGELES, when one is in fact in San Pedro). Especially important as one is a downtown and hotel district. The GPS response is also fast. In L.A. my Garmin would struggle distinguishing the lanes where the 110, 101, 5, and 10 meets and I have to deliberately go off the path just so it would now I'm not in the lane it tells me I'm in. The 3200 is just almost accurate. The 3200 also shows a right/left symbol to tell you of an upcoming turn, also with the distance, so you can change lanes ahead of time. It's not available in the Nuvi 200/260 series. However, the Garmin customer support is better than Magellan and the Magellan unit doesn't come with a USB cable so how in the world are you going to update software or map? Buy an SD card update? No way Given the slow interface and no updates available, I'd probably want to go back with my Garmin. I would just have to constantly bug Garmin Customer Service about errors in their mapping software for Southern California cities (especially those newly-chartered or incorporated ones), particularly in San Diego and Los Angeles counties where tiny communities are springing up to become cities in themselves."

What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Mounting Device, Amount of POIs
"I originally bought a Tom Tom One and had to return two differernt ones before deciding to purchase the Magellan Maestro 3200. I took it right out the box in the parking lot and started using it. Very easy to use. Thought I am having trouble trying to figure out where to mount it in my car."

Best GPS!

What's great about it: Great GPS!
What's not so great: a second delay when turning on but not a life altering situation!
"I purchased this system in Dec '07 and use it routinely for work. I must say it's the best invention ever. It gets me where I need to be and fast. Sometimes when I miss a stop it will direct me to make a u-turn but once I pass the u-turn point, it reroutes itself! The directions are in the box but I've never looked at them. The system was easy to figure out! :) Love it! I recommended to my co-worker and he loves it as well!"
