What's great about it: value

I bought this as a beginner's set. I'm new to the whole fitness thing so I wanted something simple to start off with. Set comes with stability ball, resistance band and instructional video. All seems good so far, especially if you're needing a basic set. Make sure you have an air pump on hand when you 1st inflate ball.

I would recommend this to a friend!
