What's great about it: I can start my truck from the checkout line in any store.
What's not so great: My truck unlocks when I turn off the engine now.
This was the best addition I ever made to my Expedition. I can be up to 1`000 feet away and my truck will start. I work on the 3rd floor of a brick building, and my truck starts every time.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: Starts right up, shuts off after 15 minutes, toasty warm in winter, and chilly in summer with A/C!
What's not so great: No cons!
This was such a great gift to myself! Starts up from quite a distance. Such a time-saver, no need to run out in the morning and start the car in the winter, even better when you come outside and all the snow just slides right off the warm car! Even better when you leave the A/C on and start it up from inside, you come out to a nice cool car. Best money I spent on myself in a long time. You will not be disappointed!

What's great about it: can start the car from inside- quite a distance
What's not so great: didnt have any cons
absolutely loved the viper- started my car from quite a distance away. kept my car toasty warm for me all winter long.

What's great about it: Starts my car from a good distance away. Has an automatic shutoff
Overall I am very satisfied with this product. It starts my car from a great distance. I can start it from inside my house. It shuts off automatically after 12 minutes so that if you are delayed you are not wasting gas. Great Product!

What's great about it: Works with my existing factory alarm
What's not so great: Had to buy an additional adapter to get it to though
Great product. Really useful when its cold or hot outside. Great installers at Best Buy.

I love this product. I have found this to be the best idea for a car. I love being able to not go outside in the cold to start my car. The remote does not work quite to the 1 mile but I think that it is because of interference from radios and other electronic devices. I have been recommending this product to all of my friends. I am very pleased with this purchase. The service of the company was great and finished the installation in a timely manner.

What's great about it: Range, Style, Features
What's not so great: Extra costs
Although it doesn't actually work up to a full mile as the manufacturer claims, this Viper remote start system works beyond my expectations. For some reason, my horn honks whenever the remote start is used, which is pretty bizarre--I have never heard of anyone having such a problem with their remote start. When you press the start button 2 times, the horn will chirp, and then the engine will start. Also, in order to get all 4 doors to unlock, the unlock button needs to be pressed 3 times instead of 2. I called BestBuy about these problems and they said to bring it in to any local BestBuy store and they should be able to fix it, no problem. I have a 2004 Volkswagen Jetta, and it required me to pay an extra $90 to get some sort of bypass module to bypass the standard security system on my car, however Bestbuy was very informative and notified me about the extra costs prior to the installation. I am very satisfied with my remote start, the workmanship that went into the remote start, and the attitude and helpfulness of the BestBuy employees.
