What's great about it: Overall sound
What's not so great: It's a bit expensive
Just purchased less than a week ago. Musical and lively, the K Custom Dark Crash cuts through guitars and vocals without being harsh. Harmonic overtones wash over the music in a complimentary fashion, yet the body of the cymbal is still pronounced and prominent. The undertones of the cymbal are less pronounced than an Avedis 16" of equal weight; however, they enhance the cymbal enough to provide multiple uses with different sticking patterns. Whether it's crashing, bell riding, or riding on the bow, this cymbal is a great addition to the kit, and is strong enough to be a main crash. It opens quickly and has excellent response at any volume.

What's great about it: The sound
What's not so great: THE PRICE!
Well the studio where i study drums had this cymbal and it sounded amazing, till it broke. you must be carefull how hard you hit this cymbal although it sounds awesome. Yes, it is expensive, but you may notice every really famous drummer has this cymbal (k brand) so the price is....
I would recommend this to a friend!
