What's great about it: Best all around capability
What's not so great: Line 6 not selling it anymore. Best Buy only carrier.
I've owned this for several years. I gig with it all the time. The versatility in tones, cabinets, effects is unmatched. The HD500 is an unfortunate downgrade as Line6 had it right with this one.
It is great for semi-pro/pro work too as the 2 XLR and 2 1/4" outs are all on all the time. You can send stereo to the board and still drive on stage amps direct from the pedal. Line 6 really thought about all aspects of sound engineering when they built this and unlike the HD series, they did not skimp on anything.
I would recommend this to a friend!
