Performance

What's great about it: Some of it works
What's not so great: outdoor sensor doesn't work
I have tried for about 3 weeks to get outdoor sensor to jive with the indoor weather station. I even used the prescribed lithium batteries outdoors. Most frustrating was calling Oregon Sci. which I did on SEVERAL occasions. Their phone system drops you the first two times and you may get through to a person after waiting for 40 minutes. I mentioned this to the guy but he knew it. All in all, I have no patience left trying to get this to work. Reading reviews of this on other sites said it was defective. I guess that's what mine is but I'm trying a different brand/model. I tried hard.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What's great about it: Let's you know what's coming - up to 24 hrs ahead!
What's not so great: Must be mounted at users height to read screen well.
My Wireless Weather Station is a great purchase! My husband got it for me because I'm always following the weather online and on tv. With this gadget, I can check it in the morning and plan for the whole day ahead. Besides just telling you the date and time, it keeps track of the high and low temperatures of the day. The outdoor sensor can be placed up to 100' away from the wall or table mounted unit. It shows you both the inside and outside temperatures, along with their respective highs and lows for the day. It has a nice graphic system showing either sunny, sun/cloud mix, clouds, rain, or snow. I would definately recommend this to a friend because it is a quick and reliable way to plan activities for day. Very fun and useful purchase!
