What's great about it: Easy to use, cooks evenly and accurately
What's not so great: Turntable slips off guides, scrolling screen
I have had this microwave for a little over a month. This model was not stocked at the store and had to be ordered. The shipping was very prompt and delivered within a few days. It was easily removed from box and set up. PROS: The buttons are clearly marked for even my youngest child to figure out. Defrosting times are very accurate. Haven't had anything "cook" around the edges while I am defrosting like I have with other microwaves in the past. The beeper volume button is great for when it has stopped and you are not close by. The potato button works great for multiple spuds that are about the same size. It senses the sizes and determines the cook time. 9/10 of the time they are cooked perfectly.
CONS: A few buttons require you to read what is being scrolled across the display in order to determine what step is next. If that isn't something that you continually use it can be a little frustrating. The glass turntable slips off the guides easy and doesn't always spin properly.
Overall I am very pleased with this microwave.
