SynopsisThis expansion pack for Zoo Tycoon 2 lets you bring long-lost beasts back to life. In Extinct Animals, you'll face new gameplay challenges with more than 30 new animals from bygone days. From a Tyrannosaurus Rex to a dodo bird to a saber-toothed cat, there is an array of prehistoric pleasures just waiting to be discovered. Interactive educational information is presented in the Zoopedia, which provides interesting facts as well as the specific dietary and habitat needs of each animal. Recover escaped dinosaurs in the first-person Tranquilizer mode. Create new animals in the Extinct Research Lab. Search for hidden fossils around the zoo and get help from new characters, including paleontologists. An interactive tutorial teaches players how to better manage their zoo. Fantastic creatures once again roam the Earth in Zoo Tycoon 2: Extinct Animals.

What's great about it: The dinosaurs and other prehistoric animals
What's not so great: Not enough animals
Zoo Tycoon 2 Extinct animals is a fun, imaginative game that I would advise that you get if you have Zoo Tycoon 2. The ancient animals are an excellent addition to the zoo, and the extinct research lab adds a fun new concept to the game. If the games creators make a Zoo Tycoon 3 Extinct Animals however, I think that they should be sure to add a few of the creatures they forgot to add to Extinct Animals.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This game is fantastic, at first I was a little disappointed with the size of the dinos, then I discovered 1000's of mods on the internet, this game is great because you can customize almost any way you want!
I would recommend this to a friend!

i am a HUGE zoo tycoon fan and i love all of the games that have come out. (except ds) this game is great because it teaches you a lot about animals that have gone extinct and the ones that still live now. me and my little brother play it all the time and it never fails to entertain us. all in all, great game!
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: the dinisours make it fun.
What's not so great: nothing
this is a great game to play for any ages. you can biuld a zoo and put in dinousars. the dinousars make it challenging because if the dinousars get made they will run free and destroy everything. the game has extinct themed biuldings and objects. overall BUY THIS GAME!!!!!!!! IT WORTH IT!!!!!!!!!

What's great about it: really cool extint animals, fossil digs, and buildings.
What's not so great: none
This is a fantastic game. It runs great on windows vista.The extinct animals are cool and make the zoo wild! I Love it... My eight year old loves it.
I would recommend this to a friend!
