What's great about it: Less expensive than the iPod
What's not so great: Zune software

"The Zune is as good as the iPod, but the Zune software is cumbersome. It appears to have slowed down my computer. I am still looking to see if I can merely use Windows Media."

What's great about it: user friendly, lightweight, reasonably priced, and can transfer songs from Windows Media very easily.
What's not so great: limited and expensive accessories for zune products

"I have had this product since January and am happy with it so far. I am using it strictly for music, but like the size of the screen and buttons. My first concern was transferring the music I already had on my Windows Media Player, but had absolutely no problem with it. Just click and drag! Running with it is an improvement from my older bulky MP3 player. Very lightweight and thin. The only problems I've had is the price of the accessories, but have just spread out my purchases. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who is like me and didn't want to deal with the ipod and itunes. I also see the price has decreased by $20, so buy it!!"
