SynopsisYou're a member of the 101st Airborne Division participating in Operation Market Garden, the largest paratrooper operation in World War II. Your mission is to attempt to open the infamous Hell's Highway. If you manage to do it, it could bring a quick end to the war. With the potential outcome of the war riding on you and your comrades' shoulders, the pressure is on. But first you have to survive long enough to get there. As the world explodes around you and enemies try their hardest to take you out, you face a long, brutal and bloody fight. Get your weapons in hand and prepare your best tactical maneuvers as you take your place among the soldiers of World War II. Brothers in Arms: Hell's Highway drops you straight into a world of intense, squad-based action. As the squad leader, you'll interact with and get to know the other members of the 101st Airborne Division, each of whom has a distinct personality that grows throughout the game. Go on patrol to spot the enemy and set up an ambush. Charge in with guns blazing or execute an elegant flanking maneuver. Use or command combined arms teams to harness the power of machine guns, bazookas and mortar fire as needed. Weapons and environments modeled on real physical properties provide shockingly authentic destruction. Immerse yourself in a stunningly lifelike environment with characters who look, talk, move and think like real soldiers.

What's great about it: The have spent most of their time on the graphics and video storyline for this game
What's not so great: They spent most of their time on the graphics and video storyline for this game.

"The landscapes and characters are very well done in this game. The storyline, while very adolescent, is at least reasonable. However, for an FPS game, this is a very weak game. Gameplay is both boring and unimaginative. Like COD, all of these games are just subordinate versions of the original Battlefield suite. Here, as in past versions of BIA, the emphasis is not on the game play but on the visuals. If you are gonna have to go out and buy a new video card to play these games, they should at least put in the effort to make them worth playing."

What's great about it: The improved gaming graphics and combat system
What's not so great: I don't see anything wrong with it

"If you're like me, who has a old Playstation 2 system and can't afford a new Playstation 3, then picking this game up for PC is a surely must have.The game developers of Ubisoft yet again delivers another real authentic World War II game that is excellent. I really enjoy playing the British tank commander missions. The newly designed combat system is greatly improved as taking cover isn't so hard as the first two games. The additional of the machine gun and bazooka teams are great for combat. I also enjoyed the introduction of the new characters. I had no problems running this game as several people said they have. Overall, the game is rich in graphics and has a good story line. The length of the story line is probably what disappointed me the most but I really enjoyed this game."

What's not so great: story line too short need more maps! unlike the 2 that wouldnt recommed to a friend.

What's great about it: good graphics
What's not so great: story line too long

"During the game you are forced to view the story line which is a movie and are stuck having to watch it. In some cases you are able to press enter and get out of it. But there are parts of the story they force you to see and you can be stuck watching this movie for more then five minutes.
There is more story then there is action to the game and what the story is all about makes no sense."

What's great about it: Great Single Player. The Multiplayer is WAY better than i thought, good sound and graphix
What's not so great: too short, buggy

"Hopefully they will fix the bugs. The game is really good, multiplayer is a lot of fun. Problem is its way too short, the multiplayer is lag, but if you're lucky you can find a server that isn't."

What's great about it: realistic combat, tactical challange
What's not so great: boring gameplay

"Graphic and effects are good, but not as good as cod4. I found some parts of the gameplay particulary boring. For instance when I'm in a room and have to fight the enemy from behind cover for 10 minutes.
The tactical part is pretty cool when you lead your men. Of course when you already know how to do it."

What's great about it: Graphics are much better than previous BIA games
What's not so great: Way too short

"I was surprised at how much Ubisoft has updated the graphics quality in this game. The other BIA graphics were good, but they're quite a bit better in this game. The worst part is that I absolutely couldn't believe it when the credits started rolling after the last battle. I kept thinking "That was it?" Great game, but way too short."

What's great about it: Great Graphics, engossing game play!
What's not so great: Story sketchy at times.

"I liked the first 2 BIA games but I LOVE this one! The graphics and game play are outstanding. I really enjoy having my boys pin down the enemy while I flank them and pick them off one by one or toss a nade into the midst and take 'em all out at once. The only gripe I have is I wish you had an overhead map that you could use to direct your squads instead of from ground view. I give it 5 out of 5!"

"Just bought the game and can tell you this game ROCKS! The graphics, sounds and story are top notch. Gameplay is smooth and you can customize the controls to your liking. If you have a system that can run it don't let this one pass you buy! My hats off to the developers for a great story and game."
