What's not so great: Gave it away as a gift. Wanted to keep it for myself.
Bought this for my sister. She loves it, said it dries her hair twice as fast. With 6 children that was important. I received this item very quickly and as scheduled. Very satisfied with the service, website and shipping procedures.

What's great about it: Easy to hold/use, cord keeper
What's not so great: Accidentally am able to activate the "cool" setting often
This is a great dryer for the price.
The only thing is that I often hit the "cool" button by accident because of where the button is located, but other than that it's a great dryer.
