What's great about it: Great--When it works
What's not so great: Down twice in 1st year. Poor service from LG.

"First of all, no problems with BestBuy. But: this dryer has been out of service for one and one half months out of the eight we've owned it. The most recent breakdown has now lengthened to thirty-two (32) days. I have spent anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes on the phone at least ten different times during these thirty-two days trying to get something done. Either LG or their local repair contractor (or both) have lied to me repeatedly during the process. LG has refused to extend my warranty to make up for the unacceptable delay in rectifying problems. Bottom Line: sorry dryer, sorry service."
