Love My Intellinav! 06/05/2008

Pros: Good sound, many features, love the speed alert
Cons: Screen size, no computer interface

"I got turned on to Intellinav by a friend. It's not a highly publicized product, so don't know if I would have looked at it without referral by my friend. I tried the Garmin and even tho the screen was larger, it didn't have the features I got used to from borrowing my friend's GPS.
I love the speed alert. I use it all the time, even during my travel to work, which I know like the back of my hand. The unit lets me know whenever I'm going over the speed limit.
I love that it can find different ways to go to the same place, just by changing settings. I can take the fast, freeway, route, or a nice leisurely local road drive. I haven't tried the walking option yet, but will."

Pros: SMALL,LOUD AND GREAT VALUE

"I bought this for my husband
at christmas
its great it speaks loud and in many different languages which came in handy when my brother in law came form spain
great at giving you directions and changing route if you decide to go another way
it allerts you when your speeding
it mounts easely and very easy to use
great deal on price too"

Pros: Gives great directions. Verbially tells you when your street is coming and gives name. Warns of speed zones.
Cons: Some popular POI not in it. For some reason many GPSs seems to not have Lowes in their database.

"Best value for price. Don't overpay for a TomTom, Garmin or another with a national name. Intellinav produces the components for cell phones. Worked perfect since I got it. Tell you when you are speeding, in a school zone, and will tell you alternate roads if you are traveling during rush hour.
Best of all....if you miss your turn, or chose a little different way to go, it immediately gives a new course. My Uncles Garmin freaks out and tell you to U-tern, and does not adjust"
